Through our Signature Coordination Experience, we step into the plans you've already made, organize the moving pieces, communicate with vendors, and manage every detail behind the scenes. Our approach is thoughtful, organized, and personal, ensuring you and your favorite people can simply show up, celebrate, and soak in every moment. You bring the vision. We'll bring it all together.

Jenny is the key to a stress free wedding!
Jenny was our day-of coordinator and she did an amazing job for both my wedding and my sister's. She thought through parts of the day we never would have considered on our own, so when things came up she already had it covered. We hit traffic and got delayedi in getting to the venue, and she worked it out with all the vendors so we didn't lose our photo time. She, brought my design vision to life with the tablescapes, and when the rain forced us to move the ceremony inside, she handled all of the logistics and details, so it felt like it was always meant to be that way. I never had to stress or keep track of a single detail on my wedding day. I would choose Jenny a million times over.

The best!!
Jenny was absolutely amazing! We hired her as our external day of coordinator and I’m so grateful we did. It was so nice knowing we had someone who knew our vision for the day and could trust as the person people could go to which allowed our families to actually enjoy the day and be apart of it! Jenny was very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions or needed anything she was on it! Very organized, kind, and just an overall great person to work with! We couldn’t ask for a better person for our day!

Coolest planner you could find!
Jenny, aka Opal Avenue Events, was a dream to work with! I reached out very early in the wedding-planning process to ask if she’d be available to be our day-of-coordinator for our non-traditional wedding, and I am so glad I did. From our very first conversation, Jenny was excited to help us plan and organize a South Asian-fusion wedding, instead of being deterred by the inherent challenges of doing something different from the norm. When I later asked her what she thought about centering swans, roses, tomatoes, and ribbons, she was even more enthusiastic and was ready to help ensure the vision would come true, while calmly listening to any concerns we had throughout. Planning a celebration that would coherently combine cultures with very different traditions was daunting, but having a professional who guided us through the process and validated our choices was truly invaluable. Throughout the planning process and on the day itself, Jenny was calm, prepared, and consistently professional. She went far beyond what we expected from a day-of coordinator, offering thoughtful insights into other potential vendors, drafting multiple timelines, and even creating beautiful and elegant swan place cards for our guests Above all, we wanted our guests to feel welcomed, loved, and to have a memorable experience, and Jenny helped make that happen. We are so thankful for her care, creativity, and support.

Jenny is the Best!
We're so grateful to have had Jenny there on our wedding day and through the planning process! From the very beginning, her level of care and expertise was so clear. She consistently made herself available for any questions, made the most of all planning sessions, and maintained such a calm demeanor and clear communication through it all that made it so easy to work with her. She went above and beyond on the day of, I didn't have to worry about a single thing with vendors or set up. Our venue was DIY and she managed every little detail perfectly. Jenny Literally Saved My Wedding
I am not exaggerating when I say that Jenny literally saved my wedding. On Friday night right before the rehearsal, a huge storm swept through the venue and knocked out the power and water. Jenny was on-site and calmly assessed the situation, made a plan with the other vendors, and reassured me that everything would happen on time the next day. I did not believe it was possible - the power was out, the road was blocked, and the ceremony was scheduled to start at 11 am. Sure enough, by the time I came back from hair and makeup at 9 am, we had generators running the fairy lights and sound system in the reception hall, the backdrop was hung, tables set, musicians ready to go. The whole day went off without a hitch and Jenny was so calm, collected, and confident the whole time. Booking her to help me was one of the most important decisions I made for my wedding. I feel so lucky that she was the coordinator on site. If you want a gorgeous wedding where everything is in place, even if you have no power or running water, Jenny is your gal.
