I’m a wedding planner who believes every event should feel personalized, effortless and unforgettable. Though I am new to the wedding planning experience, I have worked in the field of hospitality for 17 years. Being a part of this industry, I’ve learned how crucial it is to work with someone who is attentive, person-centered, detail-oriented and who will communicate with you throughout every step of the process. I also provide a hands-on, organized approach while focusing on attentive communication, thoughtful timelines and creative problem-solving so you can enjoy the moments that matter most.

    AMAZING

    Samantha White from Ethereal Aura Event Co. was absolutely incredible! Even though Samantha came into our wedding planning process just two weeks before our wedding, she immediately jumped in and made it feel like she had been with us from the very beginning. She listened to what we wanted, understood our vision, and took charge without ever making us feel like we were handing things over at the last minute. On our wedding day, Samantha came ready to work and truly did not stop all day. She kept everything on schedule, stayed on top of all the little details, and made sure our décor was set up beautifully. She even listened to my processional song over and over again to make sure she knew my exact timing and that everything would be perfect when I walked down the aisle. That little detail meant so much to me because it showed just how much she genuinely cared about getting everything right. She was also there at the end of the night to make sure everything was torn down and taken care of. From setup to teardown, she was constantly working behind the scenes so that we could simply enjoy our wedding and be present with our family and friends. We are so incredibly grateful for Samantha and everything she did for us. In just two weeks, she became such an important part of our wedding, and it honestly felt like she had been by our side throughout the entire planning process. She worked tirelessly to make our day run smoothly, and we couldn’t recommend her and Ethereal Aura Event Co. enough!

    Worth Every Penny

    Throughout the planning process, Samantha has consistently gone above and beyond. She is incredibly responsive, patient, organized, and proactive. Whether I have questions, need help making design decisions, want someone to communicate with vendors, or run into an unexpected issue, she is always there with a solution. After an unexpected situation forced us to change our wedding date after we had already booked and paid several vendors, I was completely overwhelmed and expecting a long, stressful process. Instead, within minutes of signing our contract, Samantha jumped into action. She immediately contacted our vendors, coordinated the date changes, and even began reaching out to the vendors we still needed to book. What I thought would be a huge headache became completely manageable because of her. One of the things I appreciate most is how much she genuinely cares. I have never felt like just another client. She has made me feel supported every step of the way, and I have so much more peace of mind knowing she is in my corner. Her pricing is also extremely reasonable, especially considering everything she does. Hiring her has been one of the best decisions we've made for our wedding, and I honestly don't know how I would have gotten through this process without her. Yes! I offer a fully planning package and also have options for planning bachelorette parties, rehearsal dinners, after wedding brunches and more.
I do not take on multiple weddings in a day or weekend as I want to prioritize your couple for the entire day and weekend rather than treating you like just a regular booking.
This depends on your chosen package, however typically I will be present for at least 6-8 hours on your wedding day.
I'm a solely owned business but can recruit assistants for your day if needed!
