I’m a wedding planner who believes every event should feel personalized, effortless and unforgettable. Though I am new to the wedding planning experience, I have worked in the field of hospitality for 17 years. Being a part of this industry, I’ve learned how crucial it is to work with someone who is attentive, person-centered, detail-oriented and who will communicate with you throughout every step of the process.     The BEST Day-of Coordinator

    What was the best decision you made when planning your wedding? Hiring Sam as our day-of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made. After our original coordinator stopped communicating, Sam stepped in at the last minute and immediately took charge. Her organization, communication, and attention to detail gave us complete peace of mind. What did you love most about working with your vendor? We loved Sam’s professionalism, reliability, and calm presence. She coordinated seamlessly with all of our vendors, kept everything on schedule, and handled every detail so smoothly. She was responsive, proactive, and always one step ahead. How did your vendor make your wedding day special? Sam made our rehearsal and wedding day completely stress-free. She managed the timeline, logistics, vendors, and details behind the scenes so we could relax, stay present, and enjoy celebrating with our family and friends. What was your favorite thing about your vendor? Our favorite thing about Sam was how dependable and reassuring she was. Even though she joined us at the last minute, she made it feel as though she had been part of our planning from the beginning. Her calm and professionalism were priceless.     They don't have enough rating stars for Sam!

    Weddings are notoriously stressful, but our daughter’s big day was a dream, and that was due to Sam. She stepped in at the 11th hour when we needed her most and completely saved the day. To say she goes above and beyond is a massive understatement. She drove two hours one way just to administer our rehearsal, turned right around, and then drove back the next day to manage a completely flawless wedding and reception. She didn’t just coordinate; she shielded our daughter from every ounce of stress. Sam stayed until the very last piece of trash was cleared late that night, ensuring everything was perfect from start to finish. If you want a flawless wedding and absolute peace of mind, hire Sam immediately!

    Delivering Sanity and Removing Stress

    We planned our backyard DIY wedding to about 75% and Ethereal Aura drove it all the way home. I just wish we had found you sooner. As soon as Samantha joined our team we felt heard and understood. Once we handed off our vendors and guest list she took the reigns and we didn't have to think about it again. Thank you for your flexibility with our scheduled weekly meetings leading up to our wedding. Thank you for coordinating with all the teams and bringing them into scheduled alignment. Thank you for guiding us through our day, filling the gaps, and making our day perfect.

    AMAZING

    Samantha White from Ethereal Aura Event Co. was absolutely incredible! Even though Samantha came into our wedding planning process just two weeks before our wedding, she immediately jumped in and made it feel like she had been with us from the very beginning. She listened to what we wanted, understood our vision, and took charge without ever making us feel like we were handing things over at the last minute. On our wedding day, Samantha came ready to work and truly did not stop all day. She kept everything on schedule, stayed on top of all the little details, and made sure our décor was set up beautifully. She even listened to my processional song over and over again to make sure she knew my exact timing and that everything would be perfect when I walked down the aisle. That little detail meant so much to me because it showed just how much she genuinely cared about getting everything right. She was also there at the end of the night to make sure everything was torn down and taken care of. From setup to teardown, she was constantly working behind the scenes so that we could simply enjoy our wedding and be present with our family and friends. We are so incredibly grateful for Samantha and everything she did for us. In just two weeks, she became such an important part of our wedding, and it honestly felt like she had been by our side throughout the entire planning process. Yes! I offer a fully planning package and also have options for planning bachelorette parties, rehearsal dinners, after wedding brunches and more.
I do not take on multiple weddings in a day and typically, I will block off the day before and after your day to fully prioritize you and your partner for those days!
This depends on your chosen package, however typically I will be present for at least 6-8 hours on your wedding day.
I'm a solely owned business but can recruit assistants for your day if needed!
