We make all cakes from scratch, using fresh ingredients and buttercream rather than fondant for maximum flavor. We can also craft desserts of all sizes, from single-tier for intimate weddings to showstopping five-tier beauties. We can also craft macarons, cookies, and cupcakes, providing your guests with lovely little treats at your wedding reception.

Konditor Meister Günther Mösinger is a creative and passionate pastry chef with experience and education in a broad range of specialty baking, and he knew from an early age that his career would take a culinary path. He was born in the beautiful historic town of Freiburg in the Black Forest. Living on a farm, and being the second oldest of four children, he learned early on how to grow and prepare foods for daily living. The favorite place in the family home was his mother's kitchen, where he developed his deep passion for baking and cooking.

Petrova Chocolates was established in 2020 and since then we have been focusing on creating eye-catching, artisanal chocolate bonbons, truffles, chocolate bars and caramels with unique flavor combinations. Every flavor is handcrafted from scratch using carefully selected ingredients, and couples can choose between our elegant Gelato Bar or our vintage 1964 Vespa Gelato Cart. Owner Shauna Hinchen-Joyal studied pastry arts at Johnson and Wales University and has worked in the baking industry for over 20 years, making specialty event and wedding cakes as well as her signature pastries.
