“If we could give Wedgewood 100 stars, we would. We were in the planning process for almost 2 years, and during that time, we had to navigate a lot of changes with the venue due to new winery ownership. It could have easily been an incredibly stressful process, but the entire team handled everything with absolute grace, professionalism, and unmatched care. They went completely above and beyond for us every single step of the way. First and foremost, we have to talk about our incredible coordinator, Alison. There are truly no words to describe how amazing she is. Throughout the entire process and especially on the day of, we genuinely felt like she was reading our minds. Her intuition, attention to detail, and execution are flawless. She took every single vision we had and made our dream wedding come to life. We didn't have to worry about a thing because Alison was always three steps ahead. She loves what she does and cares so deeply about making sure her couples are over the moon happy and we truly cannot thank her enough. I have so many pictures of me bawling and looking absolutely shocked when she walked us into our reception hall for the first time - I couldn’t believe that I was looking at MY wedding! We could not have asked for anything more. We also owe a massive thank you to Tori, Amanda Jo, and Daly. They were so supportive, incredibly responsive, and made us feel so cared for. They all tackled the changes that the winery made with the utmost consideration and care - I cannot imagine being in their position having to manage the unplanned changes that they did, but they acted with no hesitation and complete transparency from the beginning. We trusted them completely and are so happy that we did. Every single one of them also brought amazing energy and dedication to making sure our wedding day was spectacular. The venue itself is beautiful, but it’s the people who make it extraordinary. “Let me start by saying that the Secret Garden and the Epic Coordination team made all of my wedding dreams come true! I recently got married at the Secret Garden on April 28th, 2024. It truly was the most magical day of my life not just because I was marrying my soulmate, but because of the amazing coordination team that made our vision come to life. It was the first venue that my husband and I looked at, and we immediately fell in love with it. We loved that it was a beautiful indoor and outdoor garden venue, but we also loved how they offered an all-inclusive wedding package. They have a list of recommended vendors, including DJ, caterer, florist, photography/videography, and so much more. They give you the option to choose a vendor that they don't have on their recommended list, but we did everything through them and I wouldn't have had it any other way. They really offer the best-of-the-best professionals that know exactly what they're doing. A special shoutout to our coordinator, Laura, for being so organized and making sure everything was perfect on our big day! When it came to the day of the wedding, the entire timeline flowed seamlessly. None of the guests were left waiting around or wondering what was going on because the coordination team was so on top of everything! Everyone at our wedding, including myself and my husband, had an amazing time. Another thing to mention was that the communication with the Secret Garden and their team was beyond excellent! Any question I had, they answered promptly and made sure that the planning process was seamless. I had an enjoyable experience planning our wedding thanks to the support from the Secret Garden and Epic team! “Let me just start by saying what an amazing day and venue Hawk Ranch is for a wedding. When we were looking for venues, I didn’t want anything over the top — I just wanted something beautiful, natural, and stress-free. The moment we drove through the gates of Hawk Ranch, it felt magical. Then we met Crystal… and don’t even get me started on her! She was beyond amazing from the very beginning. She walked us through the property, explained exactly how the day would flow, and truly made us feel like we were in good hands. We planned our wedding for two years, and Crystal stayed in touch the entire time — checking in, keeping us calm, and making sure every little detail was handled. She coordinated with vendors, managed head counts (which I changed about four times after the due date!), and kept everything running smoothly so we didn’t have to stress. Seeing the venue transform from a blank slate into my dream wedding was unbelievable. The ceremony site was everything I imagined and more, and the reception and cocktail areas were laid out perfectly. Once the sun went down, the twinkle lights made the night absolutely magical. The Hawk Ranch staff, catering team, security, and bar were all incredible. Even when our dogs needed water during the ceremony, someone found a way to make it work using a tray — that’s the kind of care and attention they give. All of our guests couldn’t stop talking about how stunning the venue was — many said it was the most beautiful wedding they’ve ever been to. If I could give Hawk Ranch 10 stars, I absolutely would. On the day of, the team handled everything so there was nothing we had to think about except enjoy the day. The space itself is gorgeous and our ceremony had a dreamlike quality. From the bridal suite cocktails, the air stream for the boys, and our personal chauffeur, Debbie, the entire day was incredible!! I’m still smiling thinking of it. Not to mention, the amount of compliments I received afterwards about the atmosphere, the food, and the experience were amazing. “We had our wedding at Grand Tradition Estates and I’m still convinced we accidentally hacked the wedding matrix and ended up with the perfect day. My wife booked it sight unseen just to lock in the date (which made my eye twitch a bit), but once we stepped foot onto the Arbor Terrace, we knew we hit the jackpot. It’s basically a tropical garden paradise with a waterfall that makes every photo look like it belongs in a fancy bridal magazine. A huge shout-out to our wedding coordinator, Jasmine Ross, absolute rockstar! She kept everything running smoother than my dance moves after three cocktails (which is saying something). Also, there was a young assistant who trailed my wife around like a bridal ninja, making sure her dress was fluffed, pinned, and picture-perfect at all times, we didn’t catch her name, but she deserves a medal for dress-wrangling alone. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the stunning venue, the perfectly timed ceremony, and how stress-free everything felt, all thanks to the dream team at Grand Tradition. If you’re on the fence about booking here, just do it. Best spontaneous decision we ever made, besides saying “I do.” Would rate it 6 stars if I could!”

“Dove Canyon was a beautiful venue to host our wedding. The staff were very friendly, responded to our questions really promptly, and also did their best to accommodate most all of our requests. There were many beautiful locations throughout the venue to take pictures including within the sunken area, outside in the back lower level, within the golf course, and near the water fall. It was very convenient that the venue coordinating all the setup, lining up the officiant, the DJ, the ceremony, food/appetizers, and worked extremely well with all the teaming partners including flowers and other vendors we opted for. It was such a solid and respectful team at Dove Canyon and would highly recommend!!”

“I don't even know what to say because I'm so overwhelmed with how perfect everything went on our wedding day. I get more and more obsessed the more I look back at photos! We were at their Villa de Fiore venue and I can't speak of it highly enough - the bridal suite is HUGE and so comfortable, and the groom's suite (though smaller) is also stunning. Being able to have the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception back to back in the same spot was so convenient, not to mention the stunning location. Everyone we worked with at Monserate was so amazing, professional and helpful. Hali took over as our main contact a few months before our wedding and she was an absolute gem, so friendly and incredibly helpful. She was also onsite day-of for anything we needed and helped the whole day run smoothly (even made sure I got my espresso martini before the ceremony after the bartenders told my maid of honor they couldn't serve us yet). She also gifted us a bottle of champagne with a sweet hand-written card afterwards and offered to buy us lunch any time we returned to their winery. Though this might be standard practice for their coordinators, it still meant a lot to us as a couple!”

From the moment we toured the venue one year ago with Mikayla, we knew we were making the right choice. The Fallbrook Wedgewood team made the wedding planning process such a breeze. We always felt very supported and they were quick to answer any questions and offer any advice leading up to our event. They are a dog friendly venue, which was super important to us when making our decision! We also had the pleasure of getting Mikayla as our day-of coordinator (full circle moment) and she was the absolute BEST! All the decor was set up exactly how we wanted it, and she helped keep us on schedule for the day. She was super sweet and even brought our dog, Delilah, a bowl of water before the ceremony :) DJ was our banquet captain and he was INCREDIBLE. He made sure that we had food and kept our drinks flowing all night, and was even kind enough to pack us a little bit of everything to take home! Another thing we are extremely happy with was how great the food was. Our guests are still raving about it, and everyone says it's some of the best wedding food they've ever had! We are so so grateful to Mikayla, DJ, and the entire Fallbrook team for making our big day so magical. Truly something we will cherish forever.
