We didn't create the reason for the celebration or even the celebration itself. we simply do everything we can to make it yours and to make it memorable for everyone attending.     Carlos was an incredible wedding DJ, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! From the very beginning, he was an excellent communicator. We had two virtual meetings before the wedding, and each one left us feeling confident that everything was in great hands. One of our favorite parts of working with Carlos was the app he uses to organize every section of the wedding. It made planning so easy, we could add songs, mark our "must-play" favorites, and leave notes for each part of the day. It was incredibly user-friendly and helped keep everything organized. Carlos's attention to detail was outstanding. He thought of so many things that never would have crossed my mind, which made the planning process much less stressful. His lighting setup also looked fantastic and really enhanced the atmosphere at our reception. Because we had many Portuguese-speaking guests, hiring a bilingual DJ was a must. Carlos was incredibly knowledgeable about popular Portuguese music and made sure to play as much of it as possible, which our guests absolutely loved. He also did a beautiful job translating important announcements throughout the wedding, making sure everyone felt included and informed. We are so grateful for everything Carlos did to make our wedding day run smoothly. His professionalism, organization, and genuine care for making our day special were evident every step of the way. We would absolutely hire him again and highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a talented, organized, and bilingual wedding DJ!

Typically, couples reach out to us through our website by filling out our Contact Form or Quotation form. We then reach out via email or text to schedule a time to meet up or set up a quick phone call. From there, if you want to move forward with booking us we put together an online contract, email it to you for review. If everything looks good, you sign the contract online and pay your deposit. After that you are booked and we will send you the link to your Online PlanningApp. From there, we will then reach out around 2 weeks before your wedding (unless you want to meet sooner) in order to set up a time to go over all the details together.
We have three main packages in terms of weddings for our couples. One basic that has all the essentials at more affordable rate and the deluxe package which has additional hours of service and lighting to enhance your special day. We find that most customers need about 5-6 hours of service for their special day. This includes an hour of ceremony sound, and 4-5 hours for the reception including cocktail/dinner & Dance. Our Packages includes our professional sound system, turntables, a DJ / MC, wireless microphone, Online Planning Tools, lighting, Set-Up, and Tear-Down for the event. We also have our Premium Package with additional effects.

Yes, of course! Couples hire us all the time to provide the music for their ceremony. Ceremony professional audio and a microphone for the officiant is included in all the wedding packages. Just like for the Cocktail Hour, Dinner Music, and Dancing portion of the night, you can have as much creative control as you like by picking the songs you definitely want to hear for your Pre-ceremony when guests are arriving, Processional, and Recessional via the interactive Planning app.
We make it easy with our exclusive Vibo Interactive Planning App! This user-friendly tool gives you full control over your music selections, favorite genres, must-play songs, and do-not-play lists. Whether you want to blend Latin beats with American classics or highlight latin songs that reflect your unique love story, the app helps you build a playlist that’s truly you. It’s perfect for bilingual and multicultural couples who want a wedding soundtrack that speaks to both their roots and their future together. We pride ourselves on not being cheesy or overly intrusive on the microphone. We are personable and energetic on the mic but don’t talk constantly. We like to remind the crowd that they came to celebrate and encourage them to have an awesome night. Our DJs also read the dance floor and adjust the songs based on how the crowd is responding. We artistically mix the music in such a way that controls the energy and keeps people on the dance floor. We make sure the transitions are seamless, so the beat never stops and so your guests won’t want to leave.
We know that your wedding is a BIG deal and that we only get one shot to get it right. Due to this, we are part of a close network of local professional wedding DJ’s who we can call upon to step in case the worst should happen. We will personally pay any additional fees required to get someone to cover the event if it comes down to it.
