We’re DJs, musicians, and creatives who are passionate about using our craft to add flavor and personality into every experience we’re a part of.     August 2026 Bride

    Jordan was 1000% the best choice for our wedding! He created the most fun environment, and our guests were dancing all night. We opted to have a sax accompany him, and it was the hit of the night. We wanted an “elevated frat party” and boy did they deliver! The best time ever!!

    Kevin rules, best DJ

    We worked with Bonita Sound, recommended by a friend to us, and Kevin Kong was our DJ for our 4.17.26 wedding! His communication was clear and helpful. We loved the music questionnaire to fill out ahead of time. Made everything super easy! Kevin was on time, a blast to hang out with, and made our wedding delightful. Tons of our guests complimented how great the music was. The dance floor was lit all night. Thanks Kevin! Highly recommend.

    Amazing amazing DJ!!!

    We could not be happier with our experience with Jordan at Bonita Sound. From our first meeting we clicked right away and knew he completely understood our music taste and preferences. Jordan was such a pleasure to work with and exceeded our expectations! We told him we wanted the dance floor packed all night and he absolutely delivered. Guests told us how much they loved our DJ and it really showed. Highly recommend using him for your wedding!

    Our Perfect Mix!

    Jordan was amazing! He really helped bring our vision to life and left us with incredible memories of us jumping and dancing with our favorite people. We had a multicultural wedding, and he did a great job blending a mixture of music that was perfect for the event. We wanted both a DJ and a complementary live saxophone player, and Jordan and the sax were in perfect sync the whole night, adding such a fun and special vibe to the dance floor. From pre-planning to on-site, Bonita Sounds was everything we could have hoped for in a music vendor and more!

We take music requests if they align with the couple's music preferences and the overall vibe of the celebration. We use our many years of experience and evaluating the moment to discern whether or not to honor the request. If we choose not to honor it, we do so in a kind and professional manner.

We consider ourselves creative and open format DJs, pulling from many eras and genres to make one cohesive soundtrack for your evening. We understand the importance of matching our communication style with our clients and adapting to the event guests energy. We're meticulous and detail oriented, but know how to ease up and have fun once the work has been done. Overall, we love a balance of tradition meets non-traditional with an dose of global flavor.
We're always on site at least 2 hours prior to any guest arrival for all weddings. Larger productions and/or travel may require additional time.
We pride ourselves on focusing on the music, but we understand how important lighting can be for helping to set the mood and ambiance. We offer uplighting options as well as Intelligent Motion Lights for dance floor energy. We have Photobooth Partners that we can recommend.
Break down is included in our rates, however we do charge an additional $75 for each additional 30 minutes of travel beyond our first 60 minutes of travel. We may request lodging or higher fees if the total amount of travel in one day is more than 3 hours.
All of our musicians are touring and recording professionals, working with big name talent on the regular. We stray away from gimmicks, loud outfits, and over playing. Additionally, we have an understanding of varying culture and styles.
