    Amazing!

    Words cannot begin to explain how grateful we are to have worked with Chicago Top DJ & Entertainment. John not only created an amazing playlist that got everyone on the dance floor, he also went above and beyond to make our big day so special. We appreciated everything he contributed, including but not limited to: - Regular check-ins to ensure everything was right on track. - Answering all of our questions and providing information based on his professional experience to assist us in planning for our wedding. - Coordinated with our other vendors to ensure our timeline was followed, while also being flexible to make changes as needed. - Offered violin services, which helped to make our ceremony more romantic. Daniella was so talented and sweet! We are forever grateful for Chicago Top DJ & Entertainment and plan on working with them again for all future events we host. We highly recommend them and cannot thank them enough!

    Absolutely wonderful to work with!

    John was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day, without a doubt. From our first conversation, John was clear and quick to respond to every question we had, making the DJ-related items to our planning process the least stressful it could be (which helped tremendously for my Type-A brain). On the day of the wedding, he showed up completely prepared and was able to get all the ceremony and reception audio set-up before the start of the wedding — even after having a quick chat with me upon our arrival and double checking the last-minute additions and small-tweaks we made! John rolled with our timeline seamlessly and helped us stay calm when we were falling a bit behind schedule during the wedding day. He checked in with us before the reception started to confirm everything was exactly how we wanted it. Beyond the expectations for a DJ on a wedding day, John was genuinely warm and personable—the kind of person who made our entire day feel special. We'd hire him again in a heartbeat, and honestly can't imagine using anyone else for the special day!

    Exceptional, Professional, Thoughtful!

    Working with John, from our first consultation phone call, to our incredible wedding day, was nothing short of exceptional. He is communicative, energetic, thoughtful and an utmost professional. We picked John because on our consultation call, he took such an interest in us and our story and really shared his vision for our day. We wanted a DJ and live band, and John coordinated that seamlessly, setting us up with incredible live musicians as well. Leading up to the wedding, we were in contact frequently, and he made sure he truly understood our vision for the music, energy and vibe of our day. He made it clear he wasn’t just in charge of a playlist, but really wanted to execute the tone and vibe that we had in mind for our wedding. At the actual wedding, he really came through with every request we had and did it so efficiently and honestly, perfectly. He went above and beyond and you could tell he absolutely takes pride in and loves every second of what he does. We would not only recommend John/Chicago Top DJ, but we also would pick him 100/100 times if we did it all over again!

    From the fist consult call to the day of our wedding, John made sure we felt heard and understood our vision for the day. He was always reachable when we had questions and showed real flexibility as we made changes to our plans. On the wedding day, John and David (the cellist) went above and beyond what we expected! They coordinated all of our music seamlessly and even created a special monogram on the wall that tied our whole reception together. Their organization and attention to detail made everything run smoothly, and both of them were an absolute joy to work with. We can't recommend them highly enough to couples looking for a DJ and entertainment team that truly cares about making your day special.

    Above and Beyond—Truly Exceptional DJ Experience

    We had an incredible experience with Chicago Top DJ, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for a wedding. From the moment things started, John brought amazing energy and kept everyone engaged throughout the entire event. What really stood out was how well he read the room. The music felt perfectly tailored to the crowd, transitions were seamless, and he created a fun, upbeat atmosphere that kept people on the dance floor and fully in the moment. One of the most memorable parts was when he brought in a live sax player toward the end of the set. It completely elevated the experience and added such a unique, high-end touch that guests are still talking about. Beyond the music, John was professional, easy to work with, and clearly passionate about what he does.
