Based in Austin, he has played over 100 weddings throughout his career which include rehearsal dinners, ceremony, cocktail hours, and receptions. He provides a smooth and tranquil sound during the ceremony to prepare the guests of the brides arrival. He performs a wide variety of chill and upbeat covers to add perfect background music to the cocktail hour. He also provides perfect music selection during the dinner portion and can also provide a DJ set if everyone wants to get on the dance floor! Whatever your wedding music need is, Josh has done it and has done it well.
Josh Klaus music combines live music and DJ services all in one package! You can also request add-ons like saxophone, fiddle, instrumental guitar, jazz quartets, and female vocalists! Josh has been singing and playing for over 25 years and has been a full time musician for 10 years. His experience as a musician and a DJ will have you grabbing your tissue box for ceremony and your dancing shoes for the dance floor

Josh is the best!!
Josh is the best of the best!! We first heard him play, MC, and DJ at our friend’s wedding, and knew we had to have him at ours too. He is extremely talented, friendly, professional, and incredibly flexible and easy to work with. He also truly cares so deeply about each and every wedding he is a part of and is just a joy to work with. He made our reception SO epic and we could not stop hearing about how amazing the DJ set was and how much fun everyone had! Complete with a family Dance-Off and plenty of breaking it down. Josh even got out on the dance floor himself at one point!! We love you Josh and will never stop recommending you!!!

Just wow!!
I was so impressed with his singing and musical abilities when he played Guitar And sang prior to the wedding. Then I was doubly impressed when he was the DJ at the reception. I have never seen someone do both and do it so well. As a DJ, he didn’t just stand back and play music, he interacted with the group on the dance floor. What great talent!!

Josh just did our wedding and lemme tell you he was PERFECT!! Couldn’t have asked for a better DJ/live singer. He’s got such an amazing voice and just the kindest soul We got SO many compliments on the music. Everyone was raving over him! He nailed every single song, the timings, the vibes, literally everything! He’s super responsive and helped me throughout the entire planning process which we know can be a lot 10/10 recommend Josh! We love him!

STOP YOUR SEARCH NOW, YOU HAVE FOUND HIM!!! I am a wedding vendor who has seen Josh perform at dozens of weddings over the years. When it came time for my own special day, we literally booked our celebration around Josh's availability - he's THAT good. He is kind, professional, fun and can work a crowd like no other. Working with him was just so easy. I had the time of my life and really owe the majority of that to Josh. Could not recommend him more!! We love you Josh!!!!
