Darrin started in the Dj and music field in 2008, first by entertaining at private parties and karoke. This started his passion in music growing. In 2010, he wanted to take the DJ Service to the next level and opened up Premier Entertainment. Since then, Darrin has specialized in Weddings but has Dj'd Anniversary Parties, Birthdays, School Events, Car Shows, and other events. Darrin is a highly sought after DJ and recently obtained his Certified Wedding DJ Certificate from Wedding MBA.

Lets face it, selecting a highly rated Dj service can be tiring! This is where we come in to make it your last stop! We offer the best customer service with prompt communication and a goal to make the journey stress free as possible. You will work with the DJ and meet from the start!

    Premier Entertainment review

    Premier entertainment made our wedding day so special. Everything ran so smoothly thanks to them. Everything was on time on schedule and the music and entertainment was great. They had our guests up and dancing, and even took pictures and short videos and shared them with us right away!

    Amazing!

    From our first conversation with Premier Entertainment, we knew they were the right choice for our wedding. Darrin made the entire process simple and straightforward, responding quickly to every question we had. He really personalized our experience by working with us on graphics, lighting, and song selections. The app made it easy to upload music we wanted him to play.     Premier Entertainment

    Working with Premier Entertainment was such a smooth experience from start to finish. Darrin and his wife made communication effortless, always quick to respond and willing to work with us on changes right up until the wedding day. They offered flexible payment plans which really helped us manage our budget, and they even customized the sound system specifically for our venue to make sure everything sounded perfect. Their laid-back approach put us at ease, and you could tell they genuinely cared about making our day special. The music kept our guests dancing all night, and the value we got was honestly unbeatable. We'd absolutely recommend Premier Entertainment to any couple looking for a band that's both professional and easy to work with.

    Party of a lifetime!

    Our wedding was the absolute party of a lifetime thanks to Darrin! He had the dance floor packed, excellent equipment for the ceremony and reception audio, and played all the songs we wanted. We had so much fun and our guests did as well. The app used to help plan our timeline and special music was also so easy to use and made planning so easy. Cant recommend Darrin enough!

    Got our “I don’t dance” guests out on the floor!

    Darrin was absolutely wonderful to work with for our wedding! He did a great job at keeping the dancefloor high energy all night! Even people who normally “don’t dance” in our family were out there! We heard nothing but great things from all our guests on the music, the lighting, and the Photo Booth. Not only great service and professionalism, but a very genuine guy! We would highly recommend Darrin for your upcoming event!!

We have been in Business since 2011! Our Dj’s have over 10 years professional experience. We require them to have experience DJing weddings, parties, and corporate events on a professional level, not just a hobby. What that means is that you will get an experienced event professional. When you book with Premier Entertainment, you can rest easy knowing your event is in good hands
Although this is not a normal occurrence, we do have contingency plans in place. First, our DJ’s back each up. Also, we partnered with another DJ Company that can be called upon to assist if needed. That way, in the (unlikely) event that something does happen to your DJ, you’ll still get a professional, experienced, and talented event or wedding DJ.
Yes we do! But we also filter requests we get from guests. So if we get a request for a song or genre that you’ve specified a “Do Not Play,” we won’t play it. It’s important to remember that your DJ is an event professional. They know which tracks get the dance floor going and which ones may clear it out. And since Premier Entertainment DJs don’t just show up and press play on a pre-made set, we have the flexibility to react to the vibe of the crowd. We also offer an online planning system vial Client Portal and also a Phone APP, Called Vibo, for super convenient music selection. This way you can specify your favorite songs before the event.
No. Breaks are not taken unless specified by the client. Premier Entertainment provides continuous music unless an announcement is being made on the microphone.
You can decide! The DJ may be dressed in a Suit or Vest and Tie, Polo, or Dress Shirt. Whatever you choose, you can be assured that it will be tasteful and professional. The following attire descriptions should help in making a decision: Formal: Suit/Vest & Tie to match event, Semi-Formal: Black Shirt and Black Slacks Business, Casual: Company Polo with Black slacks, Casual: Company Polo with Jeans We will never come to your event in jeans (unless the client specifies otherwise). We base our attire off professionalism which always include at minimum a polo with slacks.
We arrive at least 1.5-2 hours prior for setup so we can be sure our equipment is test and ready to go upon guest arrival. We will coordinate this with your venue prior to the event date.
It depends on the event, but required with the retainer is a signed Service Agreement which will reserve your date on our calendar. The balance is due 1 week prior to event. Our Retainers are not refundable. However, it can be moved to another booking within 12 months of the original date.
Yes! Premier Entertainment is covered by $1,000,000/ $2,000,000 in liability insurance. We strive to provide the finest entertainment and at the same time ensure the safety of you and your guests. If you need an additional COI for your venue, we can do that too!
We do not include gratuity in the final contract price. 10 – 20% is generally recommended if your DJ did a great job, but it is entirely up to you.
Yes. You see our reviews on our website, Google, or other source. We can provide you a list of satisfied customers as well as banquet managers references. We are preferred vendors at MANY venues all over Chicagoland! We are professional, flexible, and most importantly, know how to pack a dance floor!
