    Showcase Sound keeps the dance floor going!

    We booked Showcase Sound for our wedding and couldn't have been happier with our choice. From the start, Lisa was so friendly and helpful without being pushy, making the whole process feel easy and stress-free. She provided detailed planning forms and met with us to map out exactly what we wanted, paying close attention to every detail so our vision came to life. For our ceremony, Lisa worked with our officiant and readers to make sure they were prepped. During the reception, Lisa and Evelyn absolutely nailed reading the room!! Our guests even commented on how they kept the energy up when we needed it and played the PERFECT songs. They were always available whenever we had questions leading up to the big day, and their dedication to making our celebration special really showed. Our guests raved about them, and we felt the same way. Showcase Sound is the best choice if you want a DJ that will help you have the best night!

    Beyond superb

    Lisa took the time to really get to know us and our preferences. She made sure all of our requests got in, and that every moment and introduction was special. We ironed out everything weeks in advance, but even during the reception she checked in with us regularly to make sure we were ready to move on to the next part. She was sweet, accommodating, and super helpful the whole way through. Would definitely recommend her and this company.

    Highly recommend!!

    If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I used Showcase Sound for DJ, photo booth and the Led dance floor for my son's Bar Mitzvah. I already knew they were great but WOW! They kept the dance floor packed from the beginning to the very end. I had guests commenting all night (and after) how amazing they were. They kept the kids entertained and EVERYONE danced all night long. They responded quickly whenever I had a question. We had the most amazing evening. I cannot recommend Showcase enough.

Showcase Sound is fully insured. We are always happy to provide you or your venue with an insurance certificate. We are insured for liability, our equipment, vehicles and all of our staff are W2 workers comp insurance covered employees.
Of course we do. We always carry backup equipment with us.
We always have additional personnel on call. The best part is everyone who works for us is a Showcase Sound employee. We do not subcontract. This means that in the very rare event that we do need to substitute personnel they are just as qualified as any other Showcase Sound staff member.
Showcase Sound is owned and managed by Ben and Lisa. Both live in the Rochester area unlike other “Roc” area DJ and photo booth companies that have an owner out of state. In addition when you work with us one of the owners will always be involved in your event, either in the planning, performance or both. Unlike other companies we never turn you over to a manager and hope for the best.
Unfortunately a lot of preferred vendor lists are a pay to play type of deal. When another vendor or venue is really pushing another company it is usually due to the fact they are getting paid to do so. Unfortunately the venue or vendor does not have your best interest in mind when doing this and are only looking out for themselves. Some of the companies that claim to be the largest, best, or most popular are often the biggest participants in this practice. At Showcase Sound we do offer our clients a referral program but we do not and will not pay kickbacks to vendors or venues for referrals.
We offer endless lighting option, photo booths of all all types (open concept, enclosed, 360, green screen, social media and more), audio guest books and so much more.
