    AMAZING!

    From the initial introduction to the night of the party the communication, guidance and support was amazing! Jacquie not only has a magnetic personality but she's amazing at her craft and that combination kept our guests coming back for more & more! Cannot recommend enough! You will not be disappointed!     Very responsive and proactive

    We really enjoyed working with Jacquie, her husband and the rest of the crew. Jacquie was very proactive - scheduling multiple meetings with us to discuss what we wanted, our setup and to give us recommendations. And we didn't worry about the bartending and buffet service (Jacquie helped us out with that too even though it's not her norm) at all during the wedding. Overall, she's super responsive and one of our favorite wedding vendors.

    Incredible!

    Bash N Boozy was incredible to work with for our wedding bar services. We had a few phone calls, lots of emailing and texting, and they were very communicative and responded quickly to all of our questions. They truly went above and beyond - all of our guests loved them and the two signature drinks they created for us were incredible. They contributed so much to making our special day perfect.

    We decided to plan a summer BBQ for our family and friends. To free us up and to control things we decided to get a bartender for the event. Boy, am I glad we did. Jacqueline from Bash n Boozy was amazing!!! Prior to the day, she helped me plan the menu and guide me as to how much liquor I would need. They were early and set up the most amazing bar area. Our guests raved over the drink quality and presentation. They were like family and added that special touch. It was worth every penny and are already planning our next party with them. If you are looking for a bartender for your special event, I highly recommend giving Jacqueline a call!!!

    Jackie is awesome!

    As the DJ for this event, I had the pleasure of working with Bash N Boozy for the wedding bar services and beverages. As a fellow vendor of wedding reception services I was impressed by their responsiveness and ability to seamlessly execute on the day of the event compared to others I have seen. You could tell Jackie was very transparent, straightforward, and professional throughout the process. The quality of her and her bartenders assistant's work and the value they provided past simply serving drinks was truly amazing - they allowed us to sample the cocktails and give feedback, and they accommodated all of the couple's and their guests' special requests with ease.

I do not provide any of the alcohol by law. I work with you to estimate and calculate what alcohol you would need for your event and we work together to create the best options for your specific needs. By law, I can only serve the alcohol you provide to/for your guests.
I can provide almost everything except the actual alcohol. After we book your event, we connect via a phone call and further discuss details and your drink menu needs to provide you with the best experience possible. The more details you provide helps me give you an accurate price.
Yes. Payment plans are accepted. The final payment is due 30 days prior to the event date.
We recommend at least 2 details calls. These meetings will be phone calls. One meeting will focus on finalizing drink menus and headcount, etc. The final meeting will be to go over final venue and event logistics and final payment etc.
We are willing to travel up 50 miles from Saratoga Springs which is where we are based out of. Anything beyond that will be extra cost. We generally serve the capital district, Hudson Valley, North Country, Central New York region. Contact me to see if your area requires an extra travel fee.
We provide a minimum of two bartenders at all events. However, our own rule is 1 bartender per 50 guests. This allows for seamless flow of service. Each bartender is paid per event plus they are expected a minimum tip amount of $175 each per event.
We do allow kegs, we just ask that you have them iced down, tapped, and in position prior to us arriving. Our insurance does not allow us to tap the kegs. Also, we don’t have tap equipment so you would need to rent that from the place you purchase the keg from.
We do have a tip minimum of $175 per bartender to ensure that our bartenders are paid well. We don’t expect this to be an issue. Most couples pay in before the end of the evening. We want to make sure that our bartenders are compensated well for their time. Most events are 10+ hours of physical work start to finish.
Absolutely. We take pride in helping you create drinks that show a bit of personality and we include 2 at no extra cost when you purchase our All in Package.
Yes! To officially save your date on our calendar, we require a signed contract and a deposit. It’s a quick digital process to make sure we’re all set for your event! 🥂
Absolutely we will ID anyone that does not look of the legal drinking age. Please remind your guests to have photo ID handy.
