About Coselffee

Coselffee started because we wanted weddings to have a coffee moment guests actually remember. We're Gina and Arthur, and we run a mobile coffee cart that pours espresso drinks with your monogram, a portrait of the two of you, or your invitation artwork printed right on top in full color. Every drink is prepared fresh on site by our barista team, from cocktail hour through the last song. We work weddings across all five boroughs and nearby Long Island, and there's nothing we love more than watching a couple's guests do a double take when they see their own initials on a latte.

Most coffee bars serve great coffee. We print your monogram, a portrait of the two of you, or artwork straight from your invitations onto every cup, so guests get something they'll photograph and talk about all night. Our coffee is custom roasted, and we run the full stretch of your event, from cocktail hour through the last dance. We also bring a front facing digital display that can show your names, your date, or your own event branding while we pour.

Description

For smaller, more intimate weddings. Up to 100 guests and up to 3 hours of service. Your barista team handles full setup and pours everything fresh on site. Every drink comes out with your artwork printed on top in full color: your monogram, a portrait of the two of you, or the design from your invitations. The coffee is roasted and blended for your wedding specifically. Decaf and hot chocolate are included. Send us your date and we will confirm availability.

Our most popular package. Up to 200 guests, up to 5 hours of service, and unlimited drinks. A full professional barista team, priority setup and premium presentation. Every drink is finished with your artwork in full color: monograms, portraits, or artwork pulled straight from your invitations. The coffee is roasted and blended for your wedding specifically. Decaf and hot chocolate are included. Send us your date and we will confirm availability.

Upgrades and Add-Ons

Description

Available with either package: additional guests beyond 200, extended service time, non-dairy milk options, a custom branded menu matching your stationery, a front-facing digital display, printed macarons in your design, and custom coffee favors for guests to take home. Tell us what you have in mind and we will build it into your quote.

    Such a Fun and Unique Wedding Addition!

    I had no idea this was planned for my birthday and I was so surprised when I saw the coffee cart! Everything looked so elegant and the coffee was really good. The pictures they printed on the coffee were such a fun surprise and everyone loved it. It definitely made my birthday extra special!

    I absolutely loved the entire experience. The espresso and cappuccino were insanely good, the roasting was on point, and the setup looked beautiful. The espresso artist was super friendly and professional, and even printed custom images on the foam, which totally wowed everyone. He brought an amazing vibe and made the whole thing feel special. Highly recommend for any event.

For summer and fall weddings, we recommend at least 3 months in advance.
We serve all five boroughs, Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Staten Island, plus nearby Long Island, at no extra travel fee. We also travel further out to the rest of Long Island, New Jersey, Westchester, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania, with a fee that depends on distance.
Yes, our event minimum is $1500 for all weddings.
