    Hire Brianna Bene Rosa

    Bene Rosa’s was such a wonderful experience! We needed a bartender last minute and Brianna was nothing short of helpful, practical, supportive, and so kind! She went out of her way to check out the venue setup, wine list, drink needs, and just make sure we were happy with everything occurring. She literally went above and beyond to ensure our special day went smoothly and with lots of fun! Every drink was delicious and the perfect mix! She definitely knows what she is doing. I would hire her and her team again in a heartbeat!

    Celebration of Life

    Spring Baby Shower

    I cannot recommend Bene Rosa’s highly enough, Brianna is absolutely wonderful! Not only are her cocktail creations creative and delicious, her personality is infectious and she makes any gathering more fun! I first met Brianna bartending at a work event in 2016 and have since hired her to bartend at birthday parties, my engagement party and baby shower - family members and friends remember her fondly by name and it’s been special to have her at some of our most monumental life events. She will work with you to create a unique menu to compliment your event and the drinks are beautifully presented. Her high level of professionalism will allow you to rest easy knowing your event will run smoothly!

We do not provide alcohol however, we offer inclusive alcohol procurement support services for ease of delivery, pick up or shopping!
Request a personalized proposal through our event form; no holding fee is required to request a proposal. To hold an available date, submit the form and pay the optional $200 holding fee. It is credited toward the 25% upfront deposit on total goods and services. We send your proposal/invoice within 24–48 hours. Pay the remaining deposit to accept the invoice and confirm your booking. The balance is due 30 days before your event. For events within 30 days, contact us for payment timing.
We like to conduct 2 virtual meetings (video or phone), an Intake call and a Follow Up call for fine tuning and updates. We offer portable bar rentals and disposable drinkware. We do not provide glassware rentals however, we will accommodate glassware service during your event, ensuring it is cleaned up and put in its proper place after service. We are also happy to coordinate rentals with your preferred rental vendors. We can recommend some vendors for glassware as needed as well.
We recommend booking us as soon as you’ve secured a venue and no later than 60 days prior to your event. Last minute bookings will be considered, pending availability.
Our Florida private event bartenders and mobile bartenders serve Sarasota, Siesta Key, Longboat Key, Anna Maria Island, Tampa and St. Petersburg, plus Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, Venice, Fort Myers and Naples. Our Washington team serves Seattle and Western Washington, including Tacoma, Snohomish, Bellevue and Redmond. We provide wedding bartending, private party bar service and corporate event bartenders.
