    worth EVERY penny

    Morgan was SOOOOO helpful, she set up my entire wedding and oversaw the whole thing. she problem solved, made minute by minute decisions so i wouldn’t have to, and literally made the day happen! we had so many hiccups but i didn’t even hear about them until the next day because morgan handled them! she was nothing short of amazing, she cleaned up the entire party as well. if i had to do it again I’d have picked morgan from day ONE. this was such a last second decision for me and it was the best one i could’ve made!!

    Mother of the Bride

    Morgan and her assistant were excellent! She worked well with the other vendors and the venue coordinator. It was the perfect day! We didn’t have to worry about a thing! Everything was done to perfection from set up to tear down. Hiring Modern Host as a day of coordinator was money well spent! Highly recommend!

Think of it as choosing how much support you want along the way! Day-of coordination is for couples who have done the planning but want someone to step in, take over the logistics, and keep everything running smoothly. Partial planning gives you more hands-on help leading up to the wedding with details, vendors, timelines, and logistics. Full planning means I’m with you from start to finish, helping guide the entire process and bringing everything together for you.
It depends on which level of support you choose! For day-of coordination, I typically step in about 6 weeks before the wedding so we have plenty of time to go over all the details. Partial planning usually begins around 4–6 months out, while full planning starts about 9 months to a year before the big day. This gives us enough time to plan thoughtfully, stay organized, and make the process feel as smooth as possible.
That’s exactly what I’m there for! Weddings have a lot of moving pieces, so if something unexpected pops up, I’ll handle it behind the scenes and keep things moving. Before the wedding, I’ll also have you designate a trusted go-to person for any decisions we haven’t already discussed, so I’m not coming to you with questions while you’re trying to enjoy your day. My goal is simple: you celebrate, I handle everything else!

Absolutely! I’m based in the Cincinnati area, but I’m happy to travel for weddings and celebrations. Travel costs depend on the location and logistics of your wedding, and I’ll always provide you with clear pricing upfront so you know exactly what’s included.
