    Groom

Brittany is not the ideal wedding coordinator. She lacks personal confidence to be a leader and unable to be authoritative figure, Cannot take charge of the situation and go with what the bride/groom suggests. Instead she timidly stands around offering no opinion and doing nothing. Likes to talk about her terrible baby daddy and personal life instead of doing her job. I would’ve never known she was a coordinator if I weren’t told by someone else. If you are looking for someone to pay 1000 to tell you ceremony cues to walk out and do nothing more, she is your gal!

I want to clarify the circumstances surrounding the services provided and the payment dispute. My contracted services included the wedding-day coordination and rehearsal, both of which I performed. In total, I dedicated approximately 11 hours to the rehearsal and wedding-day services, in addition to approximately four hours of round-trip travel. I also incurred the expense of obtaining a hotel so that I could be present and prepared for the scheduled services. Regarding decorating, I have documentation showing that you specifically requested that decorating services not be provided because you did not want to pay for those additional services. Therefore, the fact that decorating was not performed was consistent with your request and was not a failure on my part to provide the contracted services. On the wedding day, I arrived and began performing my contracted coordination duties. However, the conduct of your bridesmaid created a hostile and uncomfortable working environment. I was confronted and threatened while attempting to perform my professional responsibilities. Under those circumstances, I was ultimately unable to safely continue providing services. I did not voluntarily abandon the wedding or simply decide not to fulfill my responsibilities. I arrived as scheduled, provided the contracted rehearsal services, performed wedding-day coordination services, and remained on-site until the circumstances made it necessary for me to leave. At that point, there was $400 remaining due. I could have requested the full remaining balance under the agreement. However, as a good-faith effort to resolve the situation fairly, I chose to request only 50% of the remaining balance, despite the significant amount of time, travel, preparation, and services I had already provided. That reduced amount was ultimately paid after court proceedings were mentioned. I consider the payment issue resolved. What is concerning is that, despite my effort to resolve the matter reasonably, you have subsequently made statements about me and my business online that I believe are inaccurate and do not fairly represent what occurred. In particular, statements suggesting that I failed to provide the services I was contracted to provide do not reflect the documented circumstances. I have retained documentation of our communications, the services agreed upon, your request not to have decorating services performed, my attendance and work at the rehearsal and wedding, the circumstances surrounding my departure, and the payment history. I am asking that any further public statements about me or my business be limited to truthful and factually accurate information. I have no interest in continuing a public dispute, but I will not allow inaccurate statements about my business or professional conduct to go unaddressed. I made a good-faith effort to resolve this matter fairly, provided the services I was able to provide under the circumstances, and ultimately accepted substantially less than the remaining amount that could have been requested. I consider this matter resolved and would prefer that any further communication remain professional and factual.

    Save the hassle

As the bride, I would absolutely not recommend this coordinator. I paid 600 and did not receive the services outlined in our agreement. Our agreement included decorating assistance, rehearsal and day of coordination. We never met in person, never video chatted despite her claiming we did, had only one 12-minute Facebook call, and there was little to no vendor communication. I ended up doing the planning myself and told her two weeks before the wedding that I no longer needed decorating because I had already done the work. On our wedding day, issues with her not fulfilling her responsibilities resulted in her being told to leave during the ceremony. After already receiving 600, she still requested another 200, including expenses that were never agreed upon in our contract. Had she handled the situation professionally, tried to make things right, and not demanded additional payment after everything that happened, I would not be writing this review. I paid 600, did the work myself, and still ended up without a coordinator on my wedding day.

    My wedding dreams came true!

Forever Yours Officially LLC was a fantastic wedding planning company to work with. Brittany, our planner, was quick to respond to our questions, extremely knowledgeable, and provided hands-on communication throughout the entire planning process. Her attention to detail was exceptional, and she worked tirelessly to ensure our wedding day was exactly as we had envisioned. Brittany arrived early on the day of the wedding and made sure everything was perfectly set up. She was so positive and upbeat, and went above and beyond to make sure all of our guests were happy. The pricing for their services was very reasonable, and we felt we received great value for the money. I highly recommend Forever Yours Officially LLC and Brittany - she is simply amazing and offers so many unique services that other planners don't provide.
