Hi! My name is MiMi and I am the founder and lead event planner for MariBelle Events Ltd. Over the past 13 years I have had the the unique opportunity to assist with over 400 weddings and special events from the tops of the Rocky Mountains, to the sandy beaches of the Atlantic Coast. I am passionate about hosting events and I look forward to seeing the love and passion each couple or client bring to their special occasion. I believe my background in event management and my passion for event planning set me apart from the rest. I have assisted in many weddings not just as a wedding planner but also as a caterer, bartending, florist and when it is necessary MC. I bring my all to each wedding day and learn something new at every one.

You take the lead on the initial design and major vendor choices, while your planner steps in to tie up loose ends, manage the tricky logistics, and ensure your hard work comes together flawlessly on the big day.

    MariBelle Events was extremely helpful throughout the whole process of our wedding. I could go on and on! Mimi is the best. She went above and beyond to make sure our special day was as perfect as can be, and it was just that and more! She definitely put a lot of stress off of us and made the process so much easier. She’s super fun and is so easy to communicate with!

    Mimi was amazing and we wholeheartedly recommend her if you are looking for someone to organize and keep all things going so you can just enjoy your day. She not only handles all vendors but she went above and beyond for us when out florist bailed on cleanup night of. Mimi stepped up and took care of everything so we could enjoy ourselves. You are crazy if you do not use her for your wedding. The tent is ama,ing as well so by all accounts from planning, meeting, and day of, Mimi was perfect.

    I knew right away I wanted Mimi as our wedding planner. She made the entire wedding process easy and enjoyable. She had so many great ideas to make the day feel special and unique. I felt like I was planning my wedding with a friend and not just someone I had just met. She was exactly what we needed for our wedding day and the months leading up. I can’t imagine not having her to help us walk us through all the many decisions that come with planning a wedding. If you are in the fence about getting a wedding planner, just do it. I swear you wont regret it!

I will be your primary point of contact during the entire planning phase. On your wedding day, I will be present for the hours we've arranged to ensure everything runs smoothly. We will coordinate any additional staff required for setup or teardown to guarantee a seamless and efficient process.
Initial Timeline Meeting: This one-hour meeting is scheduled right after you book with us. Planning Meeting: The next step is a comprehensive planning session that can last up to two hours. During this meeting, we'll dive into the details of your vision. Venue Walkthrough: We'll then schedule a walkthrough of your venue, which typically takes between one and two hours. This is where we'll finalize logistics and visualize the event flow. Rehearsal: The rehearsal is a crucial, one-hour session to ensure everyone is prepared for the big day. Wedding Day: Your wedding day coverage is typically ten hours.
