Oh Hello was started by Amanda and Jessica after a conversation revealed they both had experience in and a passion for wedding planning. Since "wedding" their experience, the team has grown to include an additional planner and six additional coordinators, who all receive intense training and continuing education to ensure consistency and success. While Oh Hello initially grew in Northeast Ohio, we have expanded to Amanda's home turf on the Gulf Coast of Florida. We have produced incredible weddings in both regions, as well as the low country and even Lake Como, Italy. We would love to make your wedding vision come to life!

    Incredible Experience

    Our experience with Oh Hello was incredible. We worked with a couple different coordinators leading up to the month of the wedding depending on what we needed help with, but our primary coordinator was Jess Liechty and she is amazing. I was the bride and I haven't been to many weddings and never really had an idea of what mine would look like so I didn't know where to begin with planning. The Oh Hello website makes it very clear what you should be thinking about and when you should be planning it, and if I ever was stressed or confused about anything I could just reach out through the messages to our coordinators and they would quickly respond. We had a lot of family helping plan the wedding and Jess was great with making sure everyone was considered, but we, as the couple, were always the priority. There are a lot of traditional things we didn't do and less traditional things we did, and every choice we made was supported and accommodated by the team. Jess was incredible especially with communication between us, the vendors, and the venue making sure everyone had all the information they needed and promptly. This was the part I was the most nervous about and Jess made sure that once something was in her hands, I could take it off my plate. The wedding itself was incredible and ran so smoothly. I didn't have to worry about a thing, just to have a great day and when I did need to be somewhere at a particular time, there was always someone else keeping track and I just had to show up. I can't imagine the day without Oh Hello there and having someone we trusted to handle issues throughout the day and make sure everything went to plan without stress on my part undoubtedly contributed to how amazing of a day we had as the couple.

    Best decision we made!

    We cannot say enough wonderful things about Amanda and the team at Oh Hello! Amanda was instrumental in bringing our wedding vision to life, taking the ideas we had and executing them even more beautifully than we could have imagined. Her attention to detail was exceptional, and she went above and beyond in every aspect of the planning process. What impressed us most was how seamlessly Amanda coordinated with all of our vendors to ensure every detail was flawlessly executed. On our wedding day, we never had to worry about a single thing. Everything ran smoothly, allowing us, our families, and our guests to be fully present and enjoy every moment! If you're considering hiring Oh Hello, I couldn't encourage you enough to do so.     Best Coordinators Ever!

    We could not recommend Oh Hello enough! Kelsey and Amanda were incredible. From the very beginning they were so easy to work with and so helpful. They are so organized and have such attention to detail. Our wedding day went so smoothly which was all thanks to them. They handled every single detail behind the scene and made sure everything was going on time. Above all they were able to ease my stress on the day of and allowed me to be fully present. We could not be more grateful to have had Kelsey by our side all day. She is amazing whether it be queuing us down the aisle or even the smallest details like giving advice on cutting the wedding cake. She was so prepared and always one step ahead. Kelsey managed everything and was our go-to person for all the rest of the vendors which left us at ease all day. We are so grateful for their hard work and genuine care in making our wedding the best day ever.

    Amazing!!

    Oh Hello Event Planning was a dream to work with from start to finish. Their communication style was smooth and easy, feeling like I was talking to my best friend throughout the entire process. We do plan a select number of rehearsal dinners, brunches and showers. We can assist with bachelorette parties and honeymoons as well!
