From saying “Yes” to “I do”, we’ll be there for you! Let us find the perfect fit for you. From the venue, to decor, vendors and all the in-betweens we will have you covered. We will learn your wants and needs, what’s most important to you, letting you decide your budget and helping you stick to it. When the wedding day comes, you will have our wedding management team be there to ensure everything is as perfect as possible.

Dreaming of a destination wedding but feeling overwhelmed by the thought of coordinating all the travel details? Let us take care of everything for you. From airline tickets to hotel reservations and transportation, we've got you covered. We'll be there to greet you upon your arrival, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. Trust us to coordinate your special day and keep everything running smoothly according to your timeline.

We will handle greeting/directing vendors, setting up your personal decor items, greeting and directing guests, communicating with the caterer, coordinating timing with photographers, running and managing timelines, trouble-shooting, cueing musicians, lining up wedding party, steaming wrinkled linens, setting up place cards, wrangling the wedding party, pinning boutonnieres, review timing with the catering captain.

    Amazing coordinators!!

    Paige was the best day of coordinator I could have asked for! She was super organized and did a fantastic job coordinating everything between all of the different vendors. Her and Katie were both so great to work with during the entire wedding planning process. Highly recommend!!!

She stayed on top of everything with clear communication and quick responses, which made the whole planning process feel way less overwhelming.     Mixed Messaging

    I debated leaving a review but figured I would put it out there for future couples and the hopes it can bring some positive change. I selected the day of coordination package. When we hit the 3 month mark, I immediately had scheduling challenges with the team. It would take a week or more to hear back to schedule a call and the timing was always difficult to work out. I was told from day one who would be the lead coordinator on my day, but the assistant was the only team member I ever met. They were sent to my walk through, rehearsal, and eventually wedding day, and I was never informed that the lead coordinator wouldn’t be attending the day of. This left my venue confused on who they should be contacting. There were certain things like the bathroom baskets and matches that weren’t restocked (a task I thought fell into this role) and I truly have no idea when they left (every other vendor said goodbye to me). Everyone I spoke to was nice and the pricing was fair, but the execution fell below my expectations.

    Incredible! Highly recommend

    From the very start you could tell Katelyn was passionate about her work. In our first video call she asked us a ton of questions, some I hadn’t even thought of yet! She made sure no stone was left unturned and really reassured me during this process. The day of the wedding she made sure we had signature drinks in hand, made sure we stayed on time, and even helped me take my veil out when I was overstimulated. 10/10 would recommend!!

    Let Katie manage it!

    Katelyn and Ayrial are wonderful. I hired Katie as a day of coordinator, gave her my vision and vibe, I handled all the things up until the day of, and then handoff everything off to these 2 ladies. We had only one real totally unexpected issue, which Katie and Ayrial handled expertly. Katie even helped me address the issue with the vendor afterward to request a partial refund. Overall, Katie helped me have a carefree, relaxed, fun wedding day. Katie is very responsive and great to work with. Absolutely recommend a day of coordinator so you can enjoy your special day. On the big day, we are also supported by a team of dedicated assistants who ensure that every detail is carefully executed, guarenteeing a seamless and magical experience for our couples.
At our company, each lead planner is dedicated to one wedding per weekend to ensure the highest level of attention and service. It's very rare for the same lead planner to handle two weddings back-to-back. However, there are occasions when our company manages multiple weddings per weekend, each with different planners overseeing the planning process. This allows us to maintain our commitment to delivering personalized and focused attention to each couple while ensuring that we can accommodate multiple events when needed.
From the moment you book with us, our communication channels are open to you. We offer different packages tailored to your needs. For instance, with our full wedding planning package, we are in constant communication, providing support every step of the way. With our wedding management and day of coordination packages, we are actively engaged in regular communication, typically 3-4 months before the wedding. However, regardless of the package you choose, we are always available via email and happy to schedule a call at a mutually convenient time.
