    Great service

They were communicative and easy to get ahold of if need be but honestly their forms take care of the information, especially if you want to keep things more straightforward! Unfortunately 2 of our kegs did not work, but they were responsive and helpful in getting it fixed!

    Carolina Crafts on Tap

Working with Carolina Crafts on Tap has been a fantastic experience, and their mobile bar setup genuinely sets weddings apart from standard reception setups. Their communication throughout the planning process was straightforward and responsive, making coordination seamless from start to finish. What really impressed me was how the team—including bartenders like Jennifer—brought genuine enthusiasm to our event, crafting creative drink options that guests kept talking about long after the celebration ended. The mobile bar became a focal point that encouraged mingling and added an interactive element we hadn't anticipated. If you're looking for something beyond the typical bar service, Carolina Crafts on Tap delivers both quality drinks and an atmosphere that makes your special day feel truly memorable.

    SIX STARS

I cannot say enough good things about Carolina Crafts on Tap. They have consistently exceeded my expectations, and I completely understand why they stay so busy. The entire experience is seamless. Their communication and preparation are excellent, they are always punctual, the bartenders are incredibly professional, and the actual service is fantastic. They know how to handle a crowd, keep things moving, and still make guests feel welcomed and taken care of. I’m also a huge fan of how much attention they put into presentation. Their bar setups are always spotless and their decorations and little details make such a difference. It feels like they genuinely care about how everything looks and not just about getting the job done. I have never had a bad experience with one of their bartenders, which says a lot considering how many events they do. And their pricing is honestly hard to beat. They offer an exceptional level of service at a price that is much more reasonable than many of the other options in the Charlotte area. Carolina Crafts on Tap is the kind of vendor you book and then immediately stop worrying about the bar. They have it handled. Absolutely recommend them!
