As a dry-hire service, we provide the fully equipped cart, expert baristas or bartenders, and all tools needed to keep the drinks flowing—you simply provide the alcohol (if desired), and we handle the rest. La Luchini's is not only coffee but a full dry hire bar service. We have partnered with some of the top liquor stores in Colorado to make sure all parties get the best competitive prices to make their wedding experience cost effective and easy.     Seriously Amazing!

    Working with La Luchini's Mobile Cafe & Bar was a total game-changer for our wedding. From our first conversation with Ashlyn, she was responsive and genuinely interested in bringing our vision to life. What really set them apart was the personalization, they made homemade peach and lime simple syrups specifically for our signature drinks, and honestly, they were absolutely incredible. Ashlyn's knowledge about cocktails and her helpful approach made the whole planning process smooth and stress-free.     Best Bartender Ever!!

    We hired La Luchini's for a 100-person wedding and they did a phenomenal job. Our guests raved about the signature cocktails and speed of service.     High Quality & Best Personality

    La Luchini's Mobile Cafe & Bar was an absolute delight to work with for our engagement party! From the very first interaction, their communication was extremely fast and they were super helpful in guiding us through the liquor ordering process and explaining exactly how much we would need. On the day of, Ashlyn went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a drink in hand and were constantly making the guests laugh with their warm and personable service. The quality of their work was top-notch, serving up high-quality, craft cocktails that you would expect at a fancy night out, all made with fresh squeezed juices.     Kindness and personality is wonderful!

    Best coffee ever!!!

    Drink Joe On The Go was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding coffee service. Their communication was super fast and very transparent, which put our minds at ease throughout the planning process. The quality of their work and value was top-notch - we were happy and excited with the high-quality service they provided. They made sure no one was left empty-handed, keeping all our guests caffeinated and happy all day long. We couldn't have asked for a better coffee service to be a part of our special day.

A "Dry-Hire" service is where you hire the bartenders only. No alcohol will be purchased through this company, however we do should supply, cups, non-alcoholic drinks, juice mixers, ice, straws and napkins.
Yes, we offer tastings for you and a guest for a small fee. If you sign a contract with us beforehand, we can waive this fee. (Drinks will be mailed overnight to your door with up to 3 options for signature cocktails, you just add your own alcohol to the mix).
For summer and fall weddings, we recommend 6 months in advance. However, if you are looking for something on short notice we require at least 21 days before your event.
Once booked, we send out a PDF form to fill out based on drink needs and signature cocktail options that we like to receive back 3 months prior to event. From there we do a video-call to finalize all our ideas and menu planning as well as getting a finalized quote from our partnered liquor store. We appreciate joining the final walkthrough for the venue to get logistics on bar setup usually 2 weeks prior to your wedding date. This would be a total of 2-3 times before wedding date.
No, depending on your guest count, location and needs we create custom quotes. There is no minimum, however most couples spend an average of $2000 for roughly 120 guest.
