Isle Bartend is the Southwest Florida mobile bar where your guests don't just order a drink, they build it. 🍓 Our Fresh Fruit Mixology bar is stocked with fresh fruit, herbs and fresh-squeezed juices, so every guest creates cocktails and mocktails made just for them, with zero-proof always included. Prefer something simpler? We also offer large-batch signature drinks and elite hourly bartending and event staffing. You bring the alcohol, or we'll shop it for you on your card, and we handle everything else from setup to the last pour. 🌴 Based in Naples and serving weddings across Southwest Florida. Creating custom experiences for our couples is one of our favorite things! We love spoiling our Brides and Grooms with custom menus inspired by your love story. We custom laser engrave organic coconuts for the Bride and Groom and keep them full all night! With fun recipes like "Choco-Marry Me 'Tini" and "With This Ring 'Ritas," we have 100s of options sure to satisfy any palate. We're not your average wedding bar service; we dedicate an event manager to the Bride and Groom. Our team is delivering drinks and entertainment to you and yours all night! Elite Staffing: from $50/hr, 4-hr min

Description

Our Elite Hospitality Event Staffing delivers the Isle standard of service without the full-service mixology package. Perfect for couples who have already planned their bar or service needs but want polished professionals to execute them flawlessly. Event Managers and Isle Mixologists are $100/hr, Servers are $50/hr, with a 4-hour minimum that includes setup and breakdown.

Our Isle Reserve wedding experience: four hours of interactive, made-to-order cocktails and mocktails from 20+ fresh fruits, juices and herbs, with a dedicated Couple Attendant who is also your Lead Concierge and Event Manager, plus two Isle Mixologists. Starting price is for up to 25 guests; larger weddings and extra hours are quoted to scale. Alcohol is purchased separately by the host; Isle provides dry bar service.

    Exceptional service and amazing flavors. The drinks themselves were outstanding — fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. You can tell they use quality ingredients and take real pride in their craft, with creative tropical options that were both refreshing and visually stunning Isle Bartend was professional, friendly, and created such a great atmosphere for our event. All of our mixologists are SERVE SAFE ALCOHOL CERTIFIED. This certification ensures our mixologists effectively do the following: Understand alcohol laws and responsibilities, evaluate intoxication levels, check identification, and thoughtfully deescalate difficult situations. All of these ensure the best experience and safety of your guest.
Isle Bartend is not a seller or re-seller of alcohol and our pricing reflects that. Our packages are priced based on our service, preparation, and everything included in your Isle Bartend experience. If you'd like help sourcing alcohol, we've got you covered. We'll guide your purchasing, build your cart, check out using your payment method, and handle concierge pickup, chilling, and delivery straight to your event. Either way, providing your own alcohol does not affect the price of our services.
Yes, securing your date requires a non-refundable retainer, with the remaining balance split into two easy payments (50% at the 90-day mark, the rest due 30 days prior to event), so, you're never hit with one big bill. Because we reserve your date, secure Isle-Mazing team members, and start planning the moment your retainer lands, it is non-refundable and cancellations follow a sliding scale based on how close cancellation is to the scheduled event. Full details live in your service agreement, and we're happy to walk you through every detail before you book.
We accept Cash, Debit, Credit, and ACH payments.
We allow our clients to choose how they would like to handle gratuity. We offer virtual and physical tip jars, where guests can tip our Isle-Mazing Team, or gratuity can be added to the final invoice.
Fresh Fruit Mixology includes four hours of made-to-order cocktails and mocktails, 20+ fresh fruits, juices and herbs, premium classic mixers and garnishes, cups, napkins, straws and ice, setup and breakdown, and experienced Isle Mixologists. Isle Reserve adds concierge alcohol planning, 25 personalized coconuts, a custom bar insert, a custom cocktail menu and a $250 enhancement credit. Hourly staffing bookings include Isle professionals fully equipped for their role. Alcohol pickup, chilling and delivery are separately quoted concierge enhancements. Add-ons like custom menus, bar graphics and 'Tini Towers are available too.
Starting prices for up to 25 guests: Fresh Fruit Mixology from $2,995 (four hours), Isle Reserve Fresh Fruit Mixology $4,495, the Isle Reserve Lovebird Experience from $5,995, and Large Batch Mixology from $395. Elite Staffing is $100/hr for Event Managers and Mixologists and $50/hr for Servers, with a 4-hour minimum. Mixology Classes are $100 per person for groups of 10 or more ($150 per person under 10).
