Matthew Christensen founded Lone Mire Coffee cart because had a passion for amazing coffee. Every day is made better by that perfect cup. He wants to share that with you and your guests on your big day. He brings 15 years of industry experience, and a delicious cup of high quality espresso directly to your wedding.

Every cup is made to order, using quality beans sourced from local Portland roasters. Lone Mire also offers a variety of reasonably priced packages and will work with you to develop custom syrup flavors.

    Lone Mire Coffee was great at Ken’s Artisan Pizza’s event! My iced coffee was delicious and the drink options were so fun! The owners make the coffee themselves—the whole experience was very personal—they were helpful and informative. I look forward to having their coffee again!

    Gotta say I’ve worked with coffee for a long while, and these two know how to do it! They were very knowledgeable about coffee and how to operate their equipment. I attended the Ken’s Pizza birthday event, and was impressed to see an espresso machine cart there. And just talking to them was a lot of fun and they made me feel like a welcomed neighbor. Definitely support them and others willing to book them for upcoming events!

    Genuinely the best vanilla latte I’ve ever had. I tried a number of cafes during my week in Portland and this was easily my favorite. Matthew and Caitie are wonderful people and amazing at what they do.

    SO GOOD. I seriously compare all my cups of coffee to Lone Mire coffee now because their drinks are so good. Highly recommend for your events!

No, we're exclusively a private event catering service. We charge hourly for unlimited espresso drinks for all your guests. We don't offer a cash bar or pay-per-cup option.
Not too much! We just need a 5×5-foot space, one dedicated power circuit, a wheelchair-accessible location, and a point of contact to help us know where to set up. We handle everything else from setup to service, and full cleanup.
Our cart comes fully stocked with local and freshly roasted Mae Coffee Roaster beans, whole and oat milk, organic flavor syrups, and all cups, lids, and straws. Your quote includes unlimited drinks, travel, setup, and breakdown and zero hidden fees.
Yes we love outdoor events - nature is the best! We will need a covering or awning for shade and/or weather protection and access to power within 30 feet (or a generator). The access must include a dedicated 15amp outlet.
We are happy to serve Portland, Vancouver WA, Beaverton, Salem, Hood River, and more cities across Oregon and Washington. Any event 75+ miles outside of Portland will include a travel fee, which will be clearly labeled in your quote.
While each customer will receive a personalized quote, we know that upfront pricing can be helpful when planning your special day. Our base price for 2 hours at your event with up to 50 people would be $450. For the same event with 100 or more people, the base price would be $800.
