We hired On The Rocks Bar Co. for my husband’s retirement party, and Spencer was amazing! From start to finish, he made the entire process effortless. The drinks were fantastic, and the specialty cocktails were a hit! I’d told him that my husband loved bourbon, and he crafted the most amazing Old Fashioned. It was a favorite! Spencer was quick to respond to my emails, full of ideas, and really fun to work with. You can tell he’s a very experienced bartender, and loves his work. I highly recommend booking him!

Spencer and the On the Rocks team made sure our rehearsal and wedding ceremony were an incredible experience. We got several compliments from guests that they moved quickly, were very friendly and upbeat, and made quality drinks. Our signature cocktails came out excellent, and to put it simply, they pay attention to the details. They noticed that I had been having a particular drink and would always have one ready. We had a spill on the dance floor and they were out there cleaning it up within seconds, which wasn't even their job. Genuinely just a great experience. Could not recommend them more.
