1/5 Stars — walked away 4 days before our wedding

Working with Panther hospitality (mainly their food service, little salt provisions) should be proceeded with caution. After doing a site visit and being sold on their product, we were excited to work with them. 1 month before the wedding, we repeatedly tried to schedule another meeting to go over details of the menu, but they kept it limited to email. Instead of communicating, they simply sent a completely different menu (that had nothing to do with seasonal ingredients) just days before our wedding that had no resemblance to the one that drew us to the company. When we reasonably asked for clarification on the menu changes and basic presentation details, they completely folded. Because Little Salt and Panther Cocktails are tied together, their decision to walk away meant we simultaneously lost our entire bar staff and catering team just four days before our event. Rather than fixing the issue or honoring their contract, they chose to issue a refund at the last minute and tried to spin their own lack of communication/preparedness as a "fit" issue. Leaving a couple high and dry four days out—stripping away both your food and your bar service—because they can't handle basic client communication or answer questions about their own menu is the ultimate display of unprofessionalism. If you want a catering and bar team that actually shows up, communicates, and honors what they promise, look elsewhere.

    Panther Ceremony Delight

Working with Panther Craft Cocktails NYC was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Their communication was fast, efficient and transparent, and the quality of their work was exceptional. The team was hard-working, on time and highly professional. For our small wedding celebration of 50 guests in Connecticut, Panther created four unique specialty cocktails that perfectly captured the style of our event, and they even provided a printed drink menu for our guests. The bartenders were courteous and attentive, keeping our guests happy and the drinks flowing smoothly all night. We would absolutely recommend Panther Craft Cocktails to anyone looking for an elevated private bartending experience for their wedding or event. ps: drink presentation was ADORABLE with special garnishes and fun umbrellas and flamingos!
