Our little bar brings big personality. Custom mixology is at the heart of what we do—we curate signature cocktails and mocktails around your tastes, your story, and your celebration. Hand-drawn chalkboard menus and styling that complements your wedding make the experience feel uniquely yours. Choose our charming horse trailer, a mobile bar setup, or bartending at your venue’s bar. Our customizable dry-hire packages let you supply the alcohol, with options for us to provide mixers, garnishes, cups, and ice.

AMAZING
Working with Saddle & Salt was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Their team responded quickly to every question and made the planning process feel effortless with their warm, genuine approach. Service and Style Beyond Compare
We had Saddle and Salt provide the mobile bar experience for a private event at our ranch on August 15th, and they absolutely knocked it out of the park. Alyssa and her team completely transformed the setting. Their beautifully restored vintage horse trailer bar, combined with the décor, props, and incredible attention to detail, created the perfect Texas Hill Country atmosphere. It wasn’t just a bar—it became a centerpiece of the evening and one of the most talked-about parts of our event. The service was outstanding, the bartender was fantastic, and the signature cocktails were second to none—creative, beautifully presented, and genuinely memorable. And then there’s Alyssa. She’s incredibly personable, welcoming, intelligent, and creative, with a way of making everyone feel like they’ve known her for years. Her personality and attention to detail come through in everything Saddle and Salt does. Alyssa also offers professional event photography for weddings, cocktail parties, private gatherings, and special events. The ability to create the atmosphere, provide an incredible bar experience, and capture the memories makes Saddle and Salt truly unique. Our guests loved everything about the experience. If you’re planning a wedding, private party, corporate event, or special gathering in the Texas Hill Country, Saddle and Salt is something special. Outstanding service, incredible cocktails, beautiful photography, amazing atmosphere, and even better people. Five stars doesn’t seem like enough.
