Sarah Sheldon FOUNDER & SOMMELIER A certified Level 1 Sommelier, Sarah guides clients through wine selection, food pairings and beverage planning with warmth and expertise. .

    Sip should be everyone’s first choice for any event. From the food and drinks to the ambience, everything is simply top notch! Robb is an incredibly talented mixologist, paired with Sarah’s delightful personality and years of experience as a sommelier you will be delighted with the experience!

    Thank you Martha, Sarah loves it when you visit The Shambles and she gets to serve you dinner. We plan to take all of our brick and mortar service experience and delivery that to a private event location.

    Robb and Sarah are consummate professionals who, between the two of them, offer the complete package for any sort of event. Robb is an amazing and bartender, both creative and conscientious. Sarah, beyond being a trained sommelier with impeccable taste, is the epitome of grace and hospitality. They have decades of experience managing restaurants and providing spotless service to their customers and Sip is the perfect business to showcase their combined talents. It's our go-to for everything from work events to neighborhood parties to large family gatherings.

    The owners of Sip are as pro and hospitable as they come. I think it’s really sweet that Robb has the cocktails covered while his wife Sarah, is a fabulous sommelier. Such a great team! I’m impressed at how fast the drinks are made, but with the highest care taken.
