I have been working in the hospitality industry for over 10 years. I have bartended weddings in the past and I decided to start my own mobile bartending business so I can have more creativity in my work. My goal is to provide you with the best customer service on the most special day of your life. I love bartending weddings because I love seeing everyone come together and celebrate the happy couple. I look forward to helping your build the perfect drink menu for your special day!

My package prices are the same regardless of what time of year your event is, or why you are hiring a bartender. I don't believe in raising prices just because I am being hired for a wedding like other vendors may do.

Description

This package provides guests with a variety of drink options but is easier on your wallet! This package includes mixers, ice and garnishes for two signature drinks that your guests can enjoy along with any beer and wine you would like to serve. If you’d like to provide additional mixers to make it a full bar that is great! The team will just bring what is listed above but you can provide anything else you’d like.

    Dream Wedding

    I really can't say enough about how EASY it was to work with Kelly throughout the planning process. Kelly plucked the vision right out of my brain and even designed the menu to match our day perfectly. Then on the day of the team executed so beautifully and excellently-- my guests and I agree that those were the best cocktails we've had in a LONG time, and EVER at a wedding!!! We're so glad we made the investment to make our bar service stand out a little more, it's part of why we wish we could re-live our day!!

    Bar Service

    If you're looking for an exceptional bar service, look no further than Sips and Shakers! Kelly and her team were an absolute dream to work with from start to finish. They were incredibly communicative, flexible, and genuinely invested in making sure our wedding day was everything we hoped it would be. When a storm rolled through during our reception, they handled it with such positivity and professionalism. The bartenders kept the drinks flowing, the energy high, and helped make sure the celebration never skipped a beat. We couldn't have asked for a better team to be part of our day.     Sips & Shakers made our wedding day perfect!

    Sips & Shakers made our wedding day perfect! They helped us early on to dream up the perfect signature cocktails with all of the colorful and flavorful accents we needed for our whimsical theme. They were kind and attentive to our guests and made sure everything flowed perfectly with our catering company. We could not have asked for a better experience.     Mobile bar service

    From the moment we started planning our wedding, Sips and Shakers Bartending made everything simple and straightforward to work with. They showed up ready to deliver, and their mobile bar setup was exactly what we needed to keep our guests happy throughout the night. Every single person raved about their cocktails, and we loved watching how popular the bar became—it was clear they genuinely cared about making our day special. My sister is big on customer service, and she pointed out how great they were with our guests, and honestly she was spot on. The quality of their work and how much they valued us as a couple made all the difference. Our packages can include everything but the alcohol! Unfortunately since we do not have a liquor license we cannot provide any alcohol. We can provide guidance and suggestions on how much alcohol to purchase based on our experience.
Payment can either be made in full at the time of booking or a deposit can be made to reserve your date and the rest of the balance can be paid in increments at no additional cost. The total amount is due 30 days before your event date. Payment can be made by cash, check, ACH payment, Venmo, card payment, After-Pay (6% added to total) or Cash App payment. Booking is on a first come first serve basis
Thats ok! We have our transportable fully custom bar that can be added on to your package. Is your event outside? No problem! Our bar comes with a portable battery that lights the bar up to keep the party going!
Some of our packages already have ice included, but you can add ice on to any package!
Depending on how far out you book, I will frequently check in to schedule phone calls or answer questions. Typically one month out from your wedding is when the questions start rolling in. I am always available to answer questions via email, text or by phone call.
Absolutely! This is a very common option for couples to choose. Depending on your guest count and venue it may come with an additional fee. That fee may cover additional time needed to set up your bars or to add on another bartender.
