Wedding venue of my dreams
It has been one month today since we got married at Bear Mill Estate, and we are still in awe! Bear Mill Estate was the first and only wedding venue we toured- we booked it shortly after! Not only was the venue stunning and exactly what I had pictured, I knew right away that the team would be a dream to work with. John was such a pleasure to work with. He was very responsive to any question I had leading up to our wedding, and did everything he could to ensure our day was perfect! While the weather could not have been any better on our wedding day, there was a big storm two days prior. John, Mark and team spent hours making sure the grounds looked perfect! The venue was picture-perfect and made for the best photos. We loved the outdoor dance floor and surrounding space, where we were able to have our corn hole and mini golf set up. Having access to the Inn made a huge difference, and I was able to get some great photos in the gorgeous claw foot bathtub! I can keep going on, but having our wedding at Bear Mill Estate was the best decision. I cannot recommend it enough!

Wedding Review
Bear Mill Estate was the perfect choice for our wedding venue. From the beginning, their communication style was collaborative, clear, and prompt, which made the planning process a breeze. The quality of their work and the value they provided were exceptional - the gorgeous land and scenery at Bear Mill Estate meant we hardly needed any additional decor. The Venue Manager, John, worked tirelessly all day to make our wedding a success. He handled the setup, ran our rehearsal, and oversaw the take-down seamlessly. We could not have done it without him. This place is so beautiful, and the team at Bear Mill Estate made our special day truly unforgettable.

Amazing Staff and Beautiful Venue
Bear Mill Estate was an absolute pleasure to work with for this wedding. Their communication was quick, clear, and detailed, which made the planning process seamless. The quality of their work and the overall value is peerless - the venue was beautifully decorated and had a cozy, intimate feel that was perfect for the special day. The helpful staff went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, and we couldn't have asked for a better wedding venue to work with. Beautiful and Unique Venue
We recently had our wedding at Bear Mill Estate. It's a truly beautiful venue and it exceeded all of our expectations. The grounds offer so many wonderful places to take photos. The cocktail/reception area have many unique spaces were guests could relax, dance, and socialize without getting stuck at their assigned tables. And we can't say enough good things about the day of coordinator, Troy, who was amazing at the usual wedding chaos (kids, dog, demanding guests, etc) but also kept our wedding together despite one difficult vendor. Our guests were constantly raving about how beautiful and unique the venue was. If you're having a small to medium size wedding, we absolutely recommend Bear Mill, and would gladly book them for our next (non-wedding) event.
