At Sips & Co, exceptional service begins with the details. We're Nathan and Mikayla Daniel, a husband and wife team pairing over a decade of bartending experience with a decade of engineering behind our custom builds. We created Sips & Co to bring a more personal and polished approach to mobile bar service in Metro Detroit. Choose from our signature 16-foot Cocktail Trailer, handcrafted Signature Bar, or Mini Bar, paired with curated drink programs crafted with fresh-squeezed juices and house-made syrups. Every event is treated with the same care and intention we brought to our own celebration

Transparency and craft. Our pricing is published and exact: you pay for your real guest count, no brackets, no hidden fees, and no surprises from first conversation to final toast. Every drink is built with fresh-squeezed juices, house-made syrups, and craft garnishes, and our Zero Proof Sips program gives every guest a drink worth toasting, cocktail or not. Your bar team is TIPS and ServSafe certified and fully insured, and our custom-built bars, from our 16-foot Cocktail Trailer to our intimate Mini Bar, are designed and engineered by us. You'll always work directly with the owners, at your consultation and behind your bar.

Per Michigan law, mobile bars cannot sell alcohol, so you purchase your own, and we make it effortless. After your consultation, we provide a personalized shopping list with exact brands and quantities for your guest count, and unopened extras can be returned. We handle everything else: mixers, fresh-squeezed juices, garnishes, ice, and drinkware.
Every bar package includes four hours of service, TIPS and ServSafe certified bartenders, setup and breakdown, business liability insurance, and your personalized shopping list. You then pair your bar with a drink program, from $7 per guest, covering mixers, fresh-squeezed juices, house-made syrups, garnishes, ice, and drinkware.
Transparently. Your bar package is a flat price, your drink program is priced per guest at your exact final count, confirmed 30 days out, and travel within 30 miles is included. No brackets, no rounding, no hidden fees. Counts can adjust upward anytime and downward up to 15% of your estimate.
Beautifully. Our Zero Proof Sips program builds custom zero-proof cocktails with the same fresh-squeezed juices, house-made syrups, and craft garnishes as our signature menu, so every guest has a drink worth toasting.
Peak season dates, May through October, fill quickly, and we recommend reaching out 6 to 12 months ahead for weddings. A 30% retainer secures your date exclusively, and we're always happy to accommodate shorter timelines when availability allows.
We'd love to stay. Additional hours are quoted in your consultation at $2 per guest per hour for your drink program plus $75 per bartender per hour, and day-of extensions are accommodated whenever possible at a premium rate.
We carry business liability insurance and staff TIPS and ServSafe certified bartenders at every event, so you and your venue are protected. Many venues require this, and we're happy to provide documentation.
We're based in Metro Detroit and proudly serve Macomb County, Oakland County, and Southeast Michigan. Travel within 30 miles of our base is included, and beyond that it's a simple $2 per mile, quoted upfront in your proposal.
