Bartending Services & Mobile Tap Trailer

We are Harmony Weddings and Events, a mom and daughter duo with a mission for efficient and beautiful wedding services. We love creating signature menus and crafting unique cocktails! We can bring as much or little as you need, providing all the extras or as little as just the bartenders. We are licensed and insured in Michigan. We have several different cocktail bars to choose from whichever fits your esthetic best!

We come with skilled and reliable bartenders every-time! We know how important your day is and we treat it as such, paying attention to every detail, making sure we are always timely, prepped and ready to go before cocktails hour starts! Our mobile tap trailer offers an additional option for a unique way to serve your guests! It does not require a power source and can be easily maneuvered indoors, a custom drain system to keep floors spill, an innovative cooling system keeps the drinks ice cold with only one bag of ice, and refillable kegs that can serve cocktails, mocktails, coffee, or anything that can be served cold!

    The absolute best!

    We had such an incredible experience working with Catherine and Colleen! They were so helpful throughout the entire process of planning what drinks in the tap trailer and finding the kegs especially with our wedding being in northern MI. Colleen was there to make sure everything ran smoothly with the tap trailer and even helped make our special cocktails! The trailer was such a special touch to our wedding everyone loved it. Can’t recommend them enough!

    Great service!

    We chose harmony bartending through Zola for our wedding this August - the entire experience was great from start to finish! They showed up on time, were professional, and the entire process was seamless! We rented a bar and champagne wall directly from them which was a great perk! They also made sure to always keep drinks in our hands and at our seats which was a huge help for us as the bride and groom! Our guests left happy with great drinks and quick service.

    Awesome Service

    I had the pleasure of using their drink cart for my son’s graduation party and it was a big hit with everyone. It was also a time and money saver as I didn’t have to worry about cold drinks being refilled in a cooler and the clean up was just cups not bottles or cans. Highly recommend these ladies they are amazing!

    Highly recommend!

    I can’t say enough great things about this Harmony Weddings and Events! We rented their bar and bartender services for my daughter’s high school graduation party, and they exceeded every expectation. From the very beginning, they were professional, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with. One of our favorite touches was that they created custom specialty drinks with graduation-themed names just for the party. It made the event feel so personalized, and our guests absolutely loved it! The bar setup looked amazing, the drinks were delicious, and the bartender was friendly, engaging, and kept everything running smoothly throughout the event. They truly helped make the celebration memorable, and so many of our guests commented on what a fun and unique addition the bar was. No, we are a dry bar and do NOT supply alcohol. We work directly with a distributor that will curate your custom alcohol order which can be delivered onsite or schedule for pick up.

Travel is added when renting the portable wooden bar with a $50 flat rate. Every additional mile after 35 miles from Lake Orion is .70 cents per mile one way.
Yes, all of are bar decor is free and comes with the bar rental!
Yes, when paying for the bartending service, all bartenders travel with the bar tools. Which includes, mats, straw and napkin holder, shakers, stirrers, strainers, spout pourers, bottle and wine openers, garnish holder, dish for rimming glasses and muddling tools. This allows the bartenders to be able to create signature cocktails and more.
Yes, at our consult we will go over what types of drinks you would like served. Once everything is finalized we can create a custom bar menu for your guests.
Yes, if you choose to not do any add on packages you are responsible to supply, ice, prepped garnishes, napkins, cups and mixers. In this case we will create a custom shopping list for you to take the guess work out of what you will need to purchase for your guests. We take into consideration the amount guests, time serving and over all quantity your guests would typically consume then curate the shopping list.
