    I recently attended a private wedding (9/18) where Signature Syps was hired to provide bartending services, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the service they provided. Robin and her husband, Louis, were absolutely amazing! And I don’t even drink!! They exuded professionalism, warmth, and positive energy to the event. Their friendly personalities, genuine smiles, and engaging attitude made every guest feel welcome. It was clear that they truly enjoy what they do, and that enthusiasm added so much to the overall atmosphere of the celebration. It was reassuring to see how much they prioritized “clean hands” and organization while still providing fast and exceptional service. Robin and Louis were not only skilled bartenders but also genuinely wonderful people. They interacted effortlessly with guests (even the little kids), kept drinks flowing smoothly, and helped make the evening memorable for everyone in attendance. If you're planning an event and looking for bartenders who are professional, personable, dependable, and dedicated to providing top-notch service, Signature Syps is the company to hire. A dry-hire service means we handle 100% of the premium event logistics, cocktail design, and setup, while you simply secure the alcohol! Due to state legal parameters, mobile bartenders cannot directly purchase or retail alcohol to clients. We take all the guesswork off your plate by providing a completely customized shopping list tailored precisely to your guest count, event duration, and chosen drink matrix after you book. You buy the bottles at standard retail costs, and we step onto the floor to execute the absolute luxury service!
Our full-service beverage layers are completely comprehensive! We handle your custom menu curation, personalized bar display signage, all high-end mixers, handmade specialty syrups, fresh-cut fruit garnishes, clear disposable cups, napkins, straws, and professional ice storage. We handle the full setup and cleanup of the station so you can focus entirely on celebrating with your guests.
Our standard tiers are fully optimized for seamless hospitality flow. For larger milestone celebrations, holiday events, or gatherings ranging between 50 to 100+ guests, we apply a pre-calculated Extra Assistant Fee. This guarantees an additional professional bartender steps onto the floor to keep service exceptionally fast, elegant, and completely line-free!
