    What a joy to attended a retirement party and have the Wandering Mojito there serving cocktails and mocktails. I wandered around and asked the quests what they were drinking and everyone had only praise for their unique flavored drinks. What a great way to kick off the summer. The bartender is hilarious, takes time to describe the drinks and generously shares her special touches to create her superior drink. 5/5

    Wandering Mojito was an amazing experience for our daughter's wedding. The drinks were absolutely delish and loved by all, the bartenders were professional, and the service was outstanding. All around fantastic job, will definitely use them again in the future for all our bartending needs.

    Such an amazing mobile bar service! They were so kind, professional, and made everything feel effortless from start to finish. The setup was beautiful, and the bartenders were friendly, fun, and took great care of everyone. You can tell they genuinely love what they do. In Michigan, mobile bartenders do not have liquor licenses. The state of Michigan only approves liquor licenses for brick and mortar businesses. A mobile bartender should have certification through either ServSafe or TIPS - this ensures that they have taken classes and passed tests to demonstrate that they are knowledgeable on liquor laws as well as how alcohol affects the body. Additionally, your bartender should have liability insurance and be registered as an LLC/small business.
We offer fully customizable packages. Several factors go into determining service fees: $100/hour for lead bartender (includes cups, napkins, straws), additional certified bartenders at $80/hour for parties over 100 guests, and support staff at $50/hour. Staffing requirements depend on guest count, bar menu, circulating servers, and venue setup. Mixer fees are customized during consultation. Location beyond an hour drive is billed for service time.
You do. Freelance bartenders do not have liquor licenses and cannot purchase alcohol for events. This is why the consultation and continued communication are both so important. While we cannot provide the alcohol, we can assist in determining how much you will need.
Absolutely! We will even help you with logistics. During the consultation process, we will assist in coming up with a drink menu and even create signage for you.
Yes we do! As professional bartenders, we carry liquor liability and general liability insurance.
If you book your event more than 3 months out, we only require $100 deposit to hold your date. At 3 months prior to your event we require 50% of your contract. Final balance can be paid at any time up to the date of the event. Cancellations up to 3 months prior receive 100% refund. Cancellations between 1 & 3 months prior receive 50% refund. No refunds for cancellations within 30 days of event.
