Wheelie Good Mobile Bar Services

Serving all of Maine (Unfortunately our insurance does not allow us to operate in NH at this time) Dry Hire Services only - No cash bar. I started this business with my husband in 2024 so we could spend more time together. We both want to own a physical bar someday, but for now we are taking it on the road to bring the bar to you! I have been in the customer service industry for over a decade and Jeff is a jack of all trades which now includes bartending.

We are dedicated to providing impeccable customer service from start to finish. We will work with you to create shopping guides, signature drinks, and menus to make the planning process flawless! Day of, guests will rave about the drinks and the service.

    Awesome!!

    We hired Wheelie Good Mobile Bar Services for our wedding and couldn't be happier with our choice. Lexes and her husband were so easy to work with from start to finish—they sent us a detailed shopping list which made everything so easy. When I asked if they could create a vegan espresso martini, they didn't hesitate and delivered something truly delicious. Their drinks were fantastic and all of our guests raved about them throughout the night. We'd absolutely recommend Wheelie Good!!

    Lexes was so awesome to work with - they were super accommodating and our guests absolutely loved them. We changed how many hours we wanted them twice, including mid wedding, when my brother asked them to stay an additional 2 hours. They were more than happy to do so, and our guests were so pleased. We cannot recommend them enough!

    The Wheelie Good Mobile Bar was our favorite part of our wedding reception! Lexes was so helpful in preparing for our event and crafted the most delicious watermelon margarita, "The Rind and Shine" for our signature drink! It was such a hit! Highly recommend her team!

    We hired Lexes as our bartender for our wedding and she was absolutely amazing! From the start, she was incredibly responsive and communicative, answering all of our questions and happily accommodating any requests we had. On the day of the wedding, she was not only professional and efficient but also just so lovely to have around—I even got the chance to chat with her during the reception, and she was so easy to talk to and genuinely kind. Our guests absolutely loved her, and we got so many compliments on the signature drink she crafted - the Downeast Mule! Highly recommend Lexes—she was truly a joy to work with!

    I worked with the crew at Wheelie Bar Service for an event in a venue space that I manage & they did an incredible job! They were flexible, accommodating, & able to problem solve on the fly. From my perspective, it looked like all guests had a great time, and they left the space clean afterwards. I will be recommending Wheelie Bar Service to all of our clients in need of a mobile bar service!

Unfortunately, no we cannot. We do not have a State of Maine Liquor license at this time.
This depends on what you want to handle or want us to handle. With our all inclusive package, we will provide mixers and ice. With our basic package, clients provide mixers and ice.
GL & LL Insurance, State of Maine RAS certified bartenders, cups, straws, napkins, basic garnishes, bar setup & breakdown, coolers, all bar tools (pour spouts for liquor bottles, ice scoops, clean ice bins, bottle openers, wine keys, cutting boards, knives, shakers, strainers, garnish trays), a custom bar menu/frame.
A signed contract and a $200.00 non-refundable deposit secures your date.
Yes! As soon as the contract is signed and the deposit is received, you can start paying in weekly or monthly increments. As long as the full balance is received 21 days before your event date, you can pay as often as you’d like. We accept Cash, Check, Venmo, or Credit Cards
