Happiness 101 creates custom cakes, cupcakes, cake pops, dessert shooters and bundts in 101 baked from scratch flavor options. I believe taste and appearance are equally important when it comes to cake. I also believe the wedding cake and desserts are one of the most important components of a wedding reception. Many guests say "I'm here for the cake!" in jest, but there is definitely some truth behind that statement.

I come from generations of professional bakers and chefs. I've been baking since childhood. After hearing from family and friends all of my life that this is what I'm meant to do, I decided to give it a go and started Happiness 101 in 2015. Currently at eight years strong, business is booming and I'm quite proud to say that I've converted quite a few of the "I'm not a cake person" types to some of my biggest fans and supporters. However, as an alternative to tiered wedding cakes, I also do tiered cookie and brownie cakes too.

The Best Baker
Working with Happiness 101 was such a joy from start to finish. Andrea was consistently responsive and kind throughout the entire planning process, making sure to understand exactly what we wanted for our big day. She brought our vision to life with delicious desserts that looked as good as they tasted, and the presentation was absolutely flawless. What really stood out was how thoughtful she was about every detail and how accommodating she proved to be when we needed adjustments. Andrea's support and willingness to listen made us feel heard and cared for, which meant so much during the wedding planning journey. We couldn't have asked for a better dessert partner and would recommend Happiness 101 to any couple looking to make their celebration sweet.

Beautiful and Tasty!
We had the pleasure of working with Andrea for our April 2026 wedding and we're so happy to have found her! Her execution of the design was phenomenal! Not only that but my goodness was it tasty! We were so grateful that she helped with adjusting the sweetness of our cake, making the process a breeze. Thank you for letting us have 2 of your 101 flavors (we definitely plan to try more). Do yourself a favor and have her make you an amazing cake!

Amazing Cakes
I’m so glad I went with Happiness 101 for our wedding in October of 2025. I reached out requesting an artistic and romantic cake with colors of purple, blush, and white and she communicated back giving more ideas that further elevated the cake in the most perfect way. I also had her design our groom’s cake where we sent a guitar picture and she replicated it as a cake beautifully and well detailed. For taste, there were so many options and you really couldn’t go wrong with any of those options. She was even able to do a mashup for me so our wedding cake was a delicious lemon almond flavor. Our grooms cake was Black Forest which was a great chocolate option with a tart cherry filling that was gone within minutes at our wedding! We loved our cakes both visually and in taste and we would definitely recommend Happiness 101 for all your event’s sweet treats!

Amazing job!
Happiness 101 was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding cake and pies. Their communication style was easy, timeless, and clear - they clearly understood the vision we had for our special day. The cake was tasteful, moist, delicious, and absolutely beautiful, as well the pies. They went above and beyond to bring our ideas to life, and we were thrilled with the final results.
