We are a made to order private cake studio. What that means for you is rather than churning out premade cakes in large quantities like a chain bakery, we bake everything fresh, in house and every attention will be placed on making your cake not only beautiful, but delicious too! We love to keep ourselves up to date with all of the latest trends, as well as traditional designs so that we can "cake" your dreams come to life for you and your guests to enjoy and remember for years to come. WE LOVE WHAT WE DO. Period. It may sound cheesy or cliche' but the difference between us and others is that every creation coming out of our studio is made with the thought of the excitement and feelings invoked by our clients seeing and later tasting it. We know how special it is to have a beautiful cake be the center piece of the celebration and we take great pride and joy in knowing we have created it just for you.

    From our first conversation with How Sweet It Is Cake Studio, we knew we were in good hands. The team was so easy to work with and our private cake tasting gave us the chance to ask questions and find exactly what we wanted. We chose a lemon blueberry cake with cream cheese frosting for ourselves and a nutter butter grooms cake, and both were absolutely delicious. The cakes looked stunning and tasted even better than we hoped. Everyone at our wedding raved about the desserts, and we felt like How Sweet It Is really understood our vision and brought it to life. We would definitely recommend them to any couple looking for a cake that tastes as good as it looks.

    Had the best experience! Quick to respond to our request. 10/10 on communication. Owner was super helpful coming up with a groom’s cake design that would reflect our son - and it was delicious! She even made us an extra little surprise treat and left it at the venue for us. So thoughtful!

Our in person tasting and consultation cost is $25 per couple and $10 for each additional guest up to 6 people total. The couples cost is waived if the order is booked on tasting date.
Absolutely. We are also ServSafe Certified, and insured.
All cake orders include free placement of florals, and set up of cake(s) and any other desserts in the order.
Delivery fee is based on mileage from our studio or flat hourly fee for long distance, whichever is less.
Our cake size suggestions are based on the number of guests you would like to serve. We provide "dummy" styrofoam cakes at your consultation for you to get a visual of what each cake size will look like for your convenience.
Absolutely! We love to cake your dreams into reality. We can create a unique design based on your vision and or inspiration photos!
We offer cakes, cupcakes, cookie cakes, cheesecakes and other hand held desserts such as shooters, cake pops and cookies.
In order to reserve your date, a NON-REFUNDABLE Booking Retainer Fee of $100 plus tax, is due upon booking and will be applied towards your total.
This is our most frequently asked question. Each cake is a work of art, & is created just for you. Cake prices will vary based on flavor(s) & filling(s), number of servings, & design or details. A consultation & tasting will determine the cost of your cake & we can work with any budget. Typically wedding cakes range from $4.75-$6.00 per serving but can go up according to complexity & style.
