About Pavlova Cake

Waleska

Founder & Pavlova Specialist

Pavlova Cake by Cake Miami creates handcrafted pavlovas for weddings and celebrations throughout Miami, South Florida, and select destinations across the U.S. Our European-inspired pavlova combines crisp meringue, cream, fresh fruit, and our signature Latin touch of dulce de leche. We offer mini, individual, and large-format pavlovas designed to make wedding dessert elegant, memorable, and easy to serve.

We offer couples a unique alternative to traditional wedding cake: a light, naturally gluten-free dessert with an elegant presentation and a distinctive dulce de leche filling. Pavlova is becoming increasingly popular in Miami, yet it still feels unexpected and special. Our flexible sizes work for intimate weddings or large celebrations, with options designed around your guest count, style, and budget.

Best customer service I have had in Miami from a bakery in very long time! They reached to see if I was sure about my order because they didn’t want to me be disappointed. I had ordered incorrectly. I was able to fix it by text and pay via link in under 2minutes. And they checked to see how we enjoyed it. Who does that anymore??! It was so refreshing. Now the Pavlova, it was perfect. Nutella and Dulce de Leche, absolutely fresh with crisp merengue and beautiful fruit and not tooooo sweet. Just right for my daughter’s 21st birthday dinner. They are new go to!
