Some call them, “the cheese and wine of the dessert industry.” We are the Penguin Brothers and we make gourmet ice cream sandwiches. We bake our cookies fresh daily and our ice cream is made from scratch using locally-sourced ingredients. Offer your guests a one-of-a-kind experience with custom ice cream sandwiches as our team serves them from a pink food truck or wooden cart.

We serve everything fresh on-site and made-to-order. You choose 3 cookie and 3 ice cream flavors and that becomes your menu. Your guests then customize their sandwich or pizookie using the options you give them. Our Penguin Brothers servers then assemble their creation on-site.
Price per person x number of guests + tax. $600 minimum. No travel fee, no service fee, no hidden fees whatsoever! (You're welcome) $50 deposit due at booking, remainder is due 24 hrs prior to your event.
We recommend ordering for the exact amount of guests you are expecting. We always bring 10% extra for anyone who wants seconds on the house.
You get to keep everything. At the end of the event, we will count up what went unserved, and give it to you as pints of ice cream and a box of cookies.
