About Thicc Cakes Cheesecakery

Thicc Cakes Cheesecakery

Cheesecake Dealer

Thicc Cakes is a bold and flavor-forward cheesecakery founded by Mayre Mercedes Jenkins, a passionate baker based in Nixa, Missouri. After years of baking for a local restaurant and earning consistent praise, Mercedes opened her own commercial kitchen—where she transforms traditional cheesecake into creative, indulgent desserts that surprise and delight.

At Thicc Cakes, dessert isn’t just a treat—it’s an experience. What makes us different is the thiccness: ultra-creamy textures, bold flavors, and generous portions you can really indulge in. Every cheesecake is handcrafted with care and often inspired by nostalgic, seasonal, or cocktail-inspired flavors. We’re constantly innovating—offering vegan options, cheesecake parfaits, and themed bites in rotating flavors that keep our customers excited. Whether you're ordering for delivery, stopping by a pop-up, or planning a celebration, you’re getting dessert made with love, creativity, and a whole lot of personality.

    Incredible, delicious, luscious!

Cheesecakes have long deserved to be elevated to the level of wedding cakes. Everyone knows in their heart that cheesecake regular cake. Mercedes at Thicc Cakes has managed to do the impossible and created tiered, elegant cheesecakes that are just as show stopping as any traditional wedding cake. I first saw one of her creations at a wedding I attended and it absolutely blew my mind. But it’s not just about looks, these cheesecakes are insanely delicious. Truly the best I’ve ever had. Mercedes offers a wide variety of unique flavors, and each one I’ve tried has been incredible. Her retail shop is cozy and welcoming, and I’ve brought several groups of friends there to sample different flavors—it’s always a hit. One of the things I love most about Thicc Cakes is how inclusive the dietary options are. I have friends with dietary restrictions ranging from vegan, sugar free, dairy free, to keto and Mercedes had thoughtful, delicious options for everyone. Even friends who were fully prepared to not get to try anything. Her creativity and care really shine through. Mercedes is also just a joy to work with. Friendly, helpful, and clearly passionate about what she does. If you’re a bride looking for a wedding cake that’s both unforgettable and unbelievably tasty, I can’t recommend Thicc Cakes enough.

We discovered this place about a year ago, and have been OBSESSED ever since! Last year we tried the Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecake, it was simply divine. In fact, we liked it so much that we decided to try her cheesecakes again. Disappointment was never even an option! We ordered a Boston Cream pie Cheesecake, it was love at first bite all over again! We even fought over who would get the last slice! Mercedes is such a lovely person and a great Chef! We look forward to devouring the rest of her exquisite menu. Holidays, Birthdays, and special occasions just got a lot brighter!
