Andreotti's Catering & Events once operated as a restaurant until we decided to concentrate on our catering company. Andreotti's Catering and Events offers a streamlined planning experience where you can choose pre-made packages or design one yourself. Included in your catering options are selections of hors d’oeuvres, entrees, desserts, and more with some dietary restrictions that are happily accommodated. Choose from several serving styles such as plated, buffets, family-style, or serving stations.

MARIANNE & MELISSA ARE A POWERHOUSE DUO
From the moment that we met Marianne for our tasting, we knew not only would she be our caterer but that she was a new friend. Due to freezing cold temps & layers upon layers of ice in NJ last winter, a pipe at the catering facility burst so Marianne graciously hosted us at her home for our tasting which was phenomenal!! We had the greatest time together talking with her & her husband (& adorable dog) that we forgot we were at a wedding tasting and just felt like we were socializing. This is how amazing & kind of a person Marianne is. We talked so many times over choices and changes and relied on her expertise suggestions which were always spot on!! She was always very available to discuss questions or concerns. When the time got closer to our wedding date, we started to communicate with Melissa more often as she was going to be who we had with us at out wedding at Founders Grove. Melissa is incredibly hard working, literally non-stop!!, efficient, was very tactful in situation where she needed to be firm and handles a wedding like I have never seen before. She is so incredible and we owe her & her amazing team an abundance of gratitude! I had a very specific vision of how I wanted the tablescapes to be and when we were brought into the reception room, I was brought to tears and how exquisite it turned out. It was perfection. With all of this already said, the main attraction of course is the INCREDIBLE food. Our wedding was about 6 weeks ago and everyone is still talking about how delicious every single thing was. From cocktail hour, to dinner, to the milkshakes (a must!!), & ohhh the desserts!!!!! everything was out of this world!! We wanted stations for dinner and wow were our guests so happy we did because they kept going back over & over again. We even had cheesesteaks for our end of night take home snack which was also a really big hit, although everyone said how full they were, they still found room for an end of night cheesesteak!! The carving station NY striploin, lamp chops milanese, short rib, grilled tequila shrimp, scallops. the tater-tini station, pickled crab spoon, roast pork & crabcake sliders all a must amongst so sooo many others!! Cannot thank Marianne, Melissa, the amazing chefs and all of Andreotti's staff enough for making our wedding day so fantastic. What a professional, fun, hardworking group A!!

September Wedding
From day one, Andreotti's Catering and Events understood what we needed and worked closely with us to bring our vision to life. We had three different cultures celebrated in one day, and Melissa and her team rolled with every curveball we threw at them—from last-minute RSVPs and unexpected guests to my outfit changes and timeline adjustments. They even let us bring our own cultural desserts so our guests could experience all the traditions that mattered to us. What really impressed us was how they stayed on top of everything. Melissa and the team's flexibility and genuine care for making our day special made all the difference. We can't recommend them highly enough.

August Wedding at the Boathouse
You can't go wrong with Andreotti's from planning to the night of! Melissa and her team were wonderful to work with! She guided us every step of the way and took a lot of last minute planning off of our plate! They were so accommodating for my guests who had food allergies and promptly answered every email I sent. On the night of our wedding we felt very cared for by everyone and someone was always making sure we had a drink and something to eat. All of our guests loved all of our food choices! We even got to take some home to enjoy in the days after!

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Melissa. She has such a wonderful combination of sweetness and confidence. From the very beginning, she took charge and guided me through everything while always being kind, patient, and reassuring. One of our vendors dropped the ball and failed to set up the centerpieces they had promised. I later found out that Melissa stepped in and set up all of our centerpieces herself without hesitation. Our guests couldn't stop complimenting how beautiful they looked, and I truly appreciate that she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The food and desserts were absolutely delicious, and every detail of the day came together beautifully. Melissa and her staff exceeded all of our expectations and made our wedding day so special. I can't thank them enough for their hard work, dedication, and genuine care.
