Our team will assist you from start to finish, planning your menu, coordinating rentals, linen colors, floorplans, timelines, vendor referrals, and so much more. We bring our catering services to all corners of New Jersey and will also assist you in trying to find the perfect venue to suit your event's needs.
We pride ourselves on excellence, integrity, and attention to detail. Our 5-hour Reception packages include professionally trained staff, china, glassware, flatware, linens, event coordination, and private menu tasting. All our food is homemade and prepared on-premise, our menus are priced in a range suitable for all budgets. This has helped us maintain a successful vibrant business and satisfied clients since 1988. Wedding Caterer
We couldn’t be happier with our experience! The food was absolutely amazing, and everything was a huge hit with our wedding guests. We received compliments all night, especially about the donut wall, which was such a fun touch! Summer and her staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. We especially appreciated them taking the time to prepare our plates for us, as well as saving the leftovers so we could enjoy them afterward. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a caterer for their special event!

I cannot recommend shore catering enough! From start to finish they were amazing. The office staff was so helpful is figuring out what fit not just our budget but also our vision for the day. The day of staff was so personable, fun and efficient. (Special shout out to Maria who went out of her way to go to my grandmother and explain everything to her in Spanish). Multiple guest commented on how amazing not just the food was but the servers too!

Exceptional Food & Service!
NicHarp Events had a wonderful experience working with Shore Catering for a private beachfront celebration. From menu planning and appropriate food quantities to event-day service, their team was professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful. The food was excellent, and our client and guests are still sharing compliments about the menu! The onsite attendants were equally impressive—polished, attentive, and true hospitality professionals. As an event designer, I value reliable vendor partnerships, and Shore Catering delivered from start to finish. We would absolutely work with them again and highly recommend their team! Shore Catering is AMAZING!!
Shore Catering was the best from start to finish! Throughout our entire wedding process, they were super helpful, responsive, and enthusiastic. They managed all our dietary restrictions with care and made sure we had everything we needed in terms of food, rentals, linens, and overall experience. On the day of, Summer and the team were so attentive and were quick to adjust when the rain forced our ceremony inside. We could not have asked for anything more and our guests have been nonstop raving about the food!

AMAZING FIND ON ZOLA!
We can't say enough about Shore Catering and what Summer did for us. She didn't just cater our wedding—she actually helped us find our venue too, which was such a huge relief during the planning process. From our first conversation through the big day, Summer was responsive, kind, and always there when we needed her, whether we were calling or emailing with questions. On the wedding day itself, she and her team moved quickly and handled everything that came up, keeping our guests happy and fed with delicious food in our beautiful space.
