Hiring Carolina Party Planners was one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding! They helped us with setup and cleanup, bartending, and catering service, and they went above and beyond to make sure that our day was stress-free. Their patience with us leading up to the wedding was unmatched. They hopped on multiple group calls to answer all of our questions and remind us of any planning details we may have missed. Since they often work at our venue, they had tons of tips that helped us to make the best use of the space. They also helped us to plan our entire drink menu and suggested purchase quantities based on years of experience. On the day of, they were absolutely fabulous. They moved chairs across the property for us, cleaned all of the tables promptly without rushing anyone, and kept the drinks flowing. They even set up a second bar so that the guests wouldn’t have to walk too far for drinks, and the bartenders checked on the sweetheart table routinely so that my husband and I never had to go to the bar. Teardown was efficient, and they coordinated with our caterers to make sure that all of the food and alcohol was boxed up for my family to take home. They were honestly the best—I don’t know how we would have had the wedding without them, and we fully recommend hiring them!

I had a great experience with Carolina Party Partners! Used them as wait staff for my backyard wedding, and they were the true MVPs of the day! From setting up cocktail hour platters, to helping flip the ceremony space to the reception, monitoring the buffet dinner, and managing the trash, Kenny and team were incredibly helpful. There were extremely attentive with bussing the space and we never saw any trash laying around. Cleaned up the entire event as well when it ended. 10/10 recommend!

I was visiting Raleigh from out of state and needed to quickly find someone to staff a funeral reception. Carolina Party Partners came through over a holiday weekend and I can't tell you how grateful we are. Shana was kind, comforting and incredibly helpful all night. We had such a great experience working with Carolina Party Partners for our wedding! From the very beginning, both the owners and the bartenders were professional and responsive. We chose to serve only beer and wine, along with a hot beverage bar, and they executed everything perfectly. The hot beverage station was such a hit with our guests and added a special touch to the evening! A few weeks before the wedding, we almost had to postpone due to unexpected health concerns. During that stressful time, they were incredibly flexible, understanding, and compassionate. On the wedding day, the bartenders were friendly, efficient, and created such a welcoming atmosphere. We are so grateful for their professionalism, flexibility, and positive energy. We would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, thoughtful bartending services for their event!

I had an amazing experience with Carolina Party Planners and Shana specifically. They were incredibly responsive when I reached out and were easy to work with. I booked the party butler service and I'm not sure how I ever held a party without their help. Shana was fantastic, on time, and jumped right in to make sure everything got setup in time. And most importantly I got to enjoy the party and our guests because Shana took care of all the food restock and cleanup. I will definitely be using them again!
