At Carolina Party Partners we firmly believe that you should enjoy your event just as much as your guests. Our goal is to deliver a stress-free day to our clients. We believe the best way to achieve this is through the combination of thorough training and extensive experience. Our Event Managers have years of experience in the hospitality and/or food service industries allowing them to identify and eliminate problems before they develop, staff events appropriately, and remain flexible to changing conditions.

In addition, we require all of our staff to be fully trained in their relative roles through state and nationally-recognized training programs such as responsible alcohol serving, safe food handling, crowd management, and COVID-19 preparedness. It is this combination of experience and training that allows us to perfectly deliver your event! Certified Bartenders are available for any type of event! We carry liquor liability insurance and each of our certified bartenders must pass responsible server training administered by the NC Alcoholic Beverage Commission (ABC).

    The engine that kept the party going

    Working with Carolina Party Partners was an absolute pleasure. From their thorough, transparent, and considerate communication to the high-quality, quick, and responsive service they provided, they truly went above and beyond to make our wedding day special. They blended in seamlessly, orchestrating 140 party guests with grace, ensuring we were well-fed, hydrated, and had drinks in hand throughout the night. They even prepared custom cocktails for the wedding party before the ceremony! When a few last-minute changes came up, the team was quick to make corrections and took great care to accommodate our guests with food allergies. We couldn't be happier with Carolina Party Partners' contribution to our unforgettable celebration.

It really depends on the type of event. For events where we are fulfilling a server, bartender, or food-handling role, our staff will wear black shoes, black pants, and a black polo with a Carolina Party Partners logo.
In keeping with our obligation to serve alcohol responsibly, it is our policy to not pour shots or shooters for event guests. At the sole discretion of our certified bartender, we may pour one celebratory shot for the bride, groom, and the wedding party only; however, we will not serve intoxicated or underage individuals.
Last call for alcoholic beverages will be made approximately 45 minutes prior to the scheduled end time of the event, and the last alcoholic beverage will be served no later than 30 minutes prior to the scheduled end time of the event. Only one alcoholic beverage will be served per guest after the last call is made. Due to our liquor liability insurance regulations, we are unable to serve alcoholic beverages after 11:55 PM under any circumstance.
