First and most importantly, we are authentic! We are Spaniards, born & raised in Spain, working with imported 100% Ibérico ham from free-range, acorn-fed Ibérico pigs. Casa Strada gives you the real Spanish experience! We provide the ham and everything needed to cut, so you don’t have to worry about anything. We are experienced with working alongside other catering vendors.

    Easy and great!

    We hired them for our wedding because I am Spanish and that’s something that it can’t be missing for my people. I felt like home. The guy, Senin, had a clear communication with restaurant and us.     Loved it

    Such a unique touch! We really wanted a Spanish jamón at our wedding but had the hardest time finding someone actually trained to cut it until we found Senín from Casa Strada. Since he himself is Spanish we knew he’d understand exactly what we wanted. He had different budget options for the ham itself, took care of everything, and cut some beautiful plates of ham.

    Best jamon iberico in Los Angeles

    We are a Spanish couple and we wanted to have jamon iberico at our wedding like we do in Spain. Casa Strada did an amazing job, the ham was fantastic and everyone loved seeing the carving.

There are different sizes of Jamón, but generally, one Jamón can serve between 100 and 200 people. We guarantee at least 200 individual servings, and we can always tailor the service to your needs.
