We, the Festive Board family, are dedicated and focused on delivering a personalized, stress-free wedding experience to you! Being a full-service caterer, we offer a variety of unique & helpful amenities in our packages. Not only are all of our packages and menus able to be personalized & interchanged based on your personal preferences and needs, but we can also add items to your menu (a family recipe, for instance) to fit your menu vision. We are here to serve you--literally!

Not only are our packages completely customizable and tailored to your needs, but you will find that our prices will exceed your budget expectations. We are also more than happy to accommodate any dietary restrictions: vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and so much more. We are currently offering Wedding Expo discounts of 10-30%.     Wedding Review

    Working with Festive Board Catering was a great decision we made for our wedding. Ed, Kelly, and their team were quick to respond to our questions and always treated us with respect and kindness throughout the planning process. They took a collaborative approach to understanding what we wanted and were honest about what would work best for our day, which made the whole experience feel genuine and stress-free. The accommodations they provided were excellent, and their help with the details made such a difference in how smoothly everything came together. We felt truly taken care of from start to finish, and we can't thank Festive Board enough for being such an important part of making our day special.

    Great Service

    The catering provided by Festive Board Catering was amazing! They did a wonderful job with set-up, clean-up and service. The team stayed for the entire wedding, refilling water glasses, assisting with the buffet, bar and clean up. Set-up was so easy, they transformed the space with their table linens and the centerpieces they set up for us. I did remove one star as communication was completely halted the week before our wedding and I had to reach out several times in order to set up our week of meeting. That being said, our wedding turned out to be everything we wanted it to be. I do recommend Festive Board to all wedding couples.

    We love Chuck!

    Festive Board Catering made our wedding day feel effortless from start to finish. Chuck and the team were hilarious and genuinely listened to what we wanted, making the whole planning process feel like a breeze. Having food and bartending handled by the same crew was a game-changer—everything flowed smoothly and we didn't have to stress about coordinating between vendors. There was one small hiccup with the food timing, but honestly we were having too much fun to even notice. Chuck kept us laughing all night while making sure our glasses were full and our plates were full. We'd recommend Festive Board to any couple looking for a caterer that's delicious, reliable, and genuinely fun to work with.

    Amazing food and people

    I had the festive board cater my March wedding, and I had an amazing experience working with them. They were always responsive to my (many) emails, texts and questions and they really went above and beyond to ensure my husband and I had a great wedding experience. During the wedding itself, the buffet went seamlessly including the friends who needed special accommodations for their meals. We got a lot of compliments on both the food and drink and the staff made sure that my husband and I got food which was likely the only reason I was able to eat that night! It was really a joy to work with them, and I appreciate how much effort and attention to detail went into their work. All their staff were amazing and friendly and our day of coordinator, Dorothy definitely went above and beyond for us. I am so grateful for their team!

    stress free catering!

    Festive Board Catering was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the moment we first reached out, they were communicative, helpful, and knowledgeable, guiding us through the menu planning process with creative ideas. On the day of, their staff was friendly, efficient, and very thorough, ensuring our wedding reception went off without a hitch. The food was wonderful and our guests are still raving about it - they truly made us feel like royalty. Festive Board's truly kind staff took care of our families, and the bartenders were great. We are so grateful to have found such a stress-free, cost-friendly catering company that delivered an exceptional experience for our special day.

Yes! We offer complimentary tastings, and, we deliver them right to your door!
We cater at any open venue/private residence in a 2-hour radius of our location in York, PA.
Cake cutting service is included in all of our packages, as well as many other unique/helpful amenities that most other caterers upcharge for.
Absolutely! We have accommodated full menus to a few individual meals for clients and guests with dietary restrictions. These restrictions include: dairy-free, gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, and so on.
Yes--we do assist with rentals. Some rental items we assist with are: reception tents, chairs, tables, etc. for an additional cost. Included in our packages: linen tablecloths, napkins, silverware, glassware, china, and more.
