Awesome Wedding Planner 10/10!
Ty was so helpful to me and my husband in planning our wedding. She was very knowledgable and was able to answer all of our questions throughout the process. She also has so many services to offer, we used her for linens, flowers, and rentals! We were so happy on our day of and she executed everything seamlessly so that we didn't have to worry! Would highly recommend her as a wedding planner!

First, I want to say that our wedding turned out beautifully, and my husband and I had an amazing time. Our guests had a great time as well, and overall, the day ran pretty smoothly. The decor looked beautiful, and I was happy with how everything came together. My biggest concern was the amount of advocating I felt I had to do throughout the planning process. I planned our wedding very carefully and paid close attention to what was included with our catering, coordination, bar service, and decor. There were several occasions where I had to pull out receipts, refer back to the contract, or provide screenshots of previous conversations to clarify what had already been agreed upon. In a few situations, if I had not caught the discrepancy, I could have ended up paying additional costs or being responsible for things that were already included. Having to repeatedly prove what had been agreed upon was frustrating and took away from the experience for me. There were also a few day-of details that were disappointing. During the planning process, we were specifically told that my husband, myself, and the wedding party would be served food while we were taking pictures during cocktail hour. However, only my husband and I were served. The rest of the wedding party was left waiting and confused about when they would be able to eat. Ultimately, they had to wait until dinner was served, which was frustrating because they were expecting to be fed during cocktail hour as we had discussed. I was also disappointed with the short beef rib. The one I had during our tasting was excellent, but what was served at the wedding was different. This was something I noticed, as did a few of the people who attended the tasting. The salads were also supposed to be included with the buffet and plated as appetizers, but that did not happen as expected. Another disappointment was that I only received half of my venue deposit back because the caterer left trash in multiple areas of the property after the wedding. I understand that cleanup responsibilities need to be handled according to the contract, but it was still frustrating to lose part of my deposit over something I expected the catering team to take care of. Overall, we had a beautiful wedding and made wonderful memories, but I do feel there were several areas where better communication and follow-through would have made the experience much better.

Perfection
100% recommend working with Plan it to the T! The food and catering was perfect and delicious and Ty was an incredible day of coordinator, she was on top of everything and I didn’t have to stress at all. I am so grateful to her and her team for making my wedding day go so smoothly. It was the perfect day!

Exceptional Service from Start to Finish
We had an amazing experience working with Ty at Plan It to the T for my parents’ 50th anniversary vow renewal. From the very beginning, Ty was incredibly detail-oriented and took the time to truly understand our vision. She listened carefully to every idea and made sure every detail reflected what we wanted. The final result was absolutely beautiful and exceeded all of our expectations. The décor was elegant, the catering was excellent, and everything came together seamlessly. Her professionalism, creativity, and dedication made the entire process stress-free. We received so many compliments from our guests, and we couldn’t have been happier.
