What I love about what I do, simply put, is that I love food. I also look at it as an art form. One of the things I learned from many of the chefs I worked under is that people eat with their eyes first, so it always has to look as good as it tastes. Whether a plated dish or a buffet spread, it’s all about creating a feast for the senses.

BEST FOOD VENDOR EVER
We chose Joe's Lone Star Tacos for our wedding and they knocked it out of the park. From our first conversation, Joe and his team were quick to respond to our questions and gave us clear details about everything we needed to know. On the day of, they showed up ready to work and treated us like family the whole time. The food was incredible—our guests kept telling us it was the best tacos they'd ever had, and honestly, we couldn't agree more. Joe's crew stayed on top of everything to make sure our day ran smooth, and their genuine care for making us happy really showed. We'd hire them again in a heartbeat.

BCS Fall Festival
We hired Joe's taco truck for our company's annual Fall Festival and the praise we received was unmatched! Truly Chef Joe's tacos were the hit of our event! We will definitely be considering them for future events!! Cost is a little up there, but we worked out a reasonable amount for the amount of people we had attending.

Joe and staff catered a party last year celebrating the 50th birthday of our Hippy Bus!! It was beyond fabulous. Served quests from his food truck, set up taco bar as well. Food was excellent!!! Service excellent!! If you need a caterer, Joe is the one. Our friends and family are asking when is the next party with Joe.
