We love to do weddings! It's one of the biggest parties you'll ever through in life so why not have the food that you and your friends and family will remember forever? As long as you borrowed something blue you're set with tradition, so let your mind wonder with the possibilities at the table, and we can make it happen. From all out BBQ buffets, to the taco bars, to plated dinners of any kind, we have it all and can do it just about anywhere. We also specialize in appetizers, cheese and dip presentations, and stationed hors d'oeuvres. All dietary restrictions can be compensated for and we are happy to oblige.

We are small, and like that about our business. It means we can concentrate, both on wedding's needs and the food. Everything is made from scratch with no need to cut corners to save time and money because we've grown out of our own pants. Our staff is passionate about helping on your day as well, and work for hours to make sure everything runs smoothly, and we are very proud of them. No mater who you choose to for day, we are also very thankful for your choosing the great state of Vermont.. Whether you live here or are just visiting, we welcome you and your guests.

    Fantastic Food!

    Brian is a gifted chef and a fantastic person to cater to all food needs! He set up a wonderful tasting for us and was available for as many phone calls and messages we needed while we planned our Vermont wedding from hours away. The food was incredible and all of our guests agreed (even the vegan ones) When our event was over, he packaged up all the leftovers which we enjoyed in the days after our wedding. 11/10

    Best ever

    I couldn’t recommend Brian and his company Southern Smoke anymore then I do now. Food is incredible and Brian is easy going, responds quickly, and always willing to work with you based off of what you need!

No fees for delivery within our service rage
Yes. We love to meet with couples and try some food. If you have a food you are interested in we can plan on that, otherwise we may be limited to what we have on our takeout menu, but that encompasses most of what we offer anyway.
We are willing to meet as many times as makes you comfortable for the event.
We are located in Burlington, Vermont, so our preferred service area as within an hour to and hour and a half away. During the peak season of August to mid October it is difficult to travel farther than that, but during other times we may be able to travel two hours or more, but a travel fee may apply for lodging of staff for travel safety, as we work all day and wrap up late in the evening.
Yes. With advance notice we can accommodate any dietary restriction, and with short notice we can do whatever we can to make it work. There is no extra fees associated with accommodating dietary needs.
We find that most parties prefer to rent things themselves, but we could help guild them in preferred. We also rent plates, utensils, and champagne flutes as well.
