I’ve photographed 200+ weddings and events throughout New England and beyond, from intimate elopements to elegant Newport celebrations. My style blends natural, romantic portraits with candid moments that let you relive how the day actually felt.     You need Sam. There is no one like her!

    Our wedding day would not have been the same without Sam and her team. I had seen and been a part of some of Sam's other work in the past and I was so excited to book her for our engagement shoot and wedding the second I got engaged. Sam's work is unmatched; it really speaks for itself. Check out photos in reviews and her social media pages to really get a taste for what she does. She is calm and fun and easy to talk to. She will tell you what to do (if you're awkward like me and don't know how to pose!) and will make sure to hit all the best lighting/angles/times, etc. It was so easy to relax on the day of my wedding knowing that my vendors had everything under control and I knew Sam would get every shot I wanted. I have a hard time liking photos of myself and I did not experience that while looking at my wedding gallery. I would recommend and hire Sam again in a second.

We don’t overbook ourselves. We limit our bookings to 35 weddings per year. This way we are fresh and ready to give each and every wedding all of our creativity and enthusiasm. This also means your editing is done faster, and your images are delivered sooner.
Our second shooters are comprised of a team of full time, professional photographers. No interns, no students. This ensures quality of each and every image.
Yes, I own everything in duplicate, and your photographs are immediately backed up as they are taken ensuring there will be no technical difficulties causing loss of images.
Yes, each photo is retouched individually. No batch editing is done here at SRP, meaning every photo is perfect upon presentation.
Yes, the photographs are yours. We were just the lucky ones chosen to capture those moments for you. You will receive a flash drive in a presentation box with all of your high resolution, edited images from your wedding day no matter what package you choose.
Yes, you will choose your photographs for your wedding album. Using those photos, I will design the album and send you a link to view. From there we can make any changes you like! We can change page colors, add text, switch photos around, even add or delete some. We will re-edit your album as many times as it takes to make it absolutely perfect.

Although it varies from wedding to wedding, generally 1,000 to 1,500 edited photographs are delivered. The variance is due to how many details there are to photograph, the amount of time allotted for posed photos, size of wedding party and guest list.
You will have an online gallery for sharing. Your friends and family will have the ability to download the photos of their choice if they are given the password as well.
