    Best of the best

    From our first conversation with Erica at Vinwood Caterers, we knew we were in good hands. She walked us through every detail of our wedding day and made the entire planning process stress-free, checking in with us consistently and working seamlessly with our other vendors. On the day itself, everything unfolded exactly as we had planned—the setup was smooth, the food was delicious, and the service was flawless from start to finish. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the meal and how well taken care of they felt throughout the evening. Erica's attention to detail and responsiveness made such a difference in making our day special. We highly recommend Vinwood Caterers to any couple looking for a caterer who truly cares about making their wedding perfect.

    Amazing food, great service

    We used Vinwood for our wedding at the Pierce House in Lincoln and they knocked it out of the park. Multiple guests commented that the quality of the food was top-notch, not just for wedding food, but overall. We worked with Erica and she really went above and beyond - very detail oriented and had a great team on hand for our day. One of the things we wanted was for our guests to enjoy the food since they were all traveling so far to be with us and Vinwood's quality was way above what we thought we would be able to get. Add to that that they are one of the relatively affordable options for a full service caterer and they really seem to good to be true. There is nothing I would change about our experience with them and I would recommend them to anyone who can use them.

    A perfect wedding day!

    We worked with Vinwood Catering for our May wedding at the Pierce House in Lincoln, MA. They were a dream to work with from start to finish. We had our initial calls with them in December last year and were so impressed by their kindness, professionalism, and incredibly reasonable pricing. We then attended one of their tastings in Ipswich and were completely blown away. The food and service at the tasting event was 5 stars, and we knew immediately, we'd be booking Vinwood for our wedding. Erica was an outstanding coordinator, and we felt so lucky to work with her for our event! Fast forward to the wedding, and we had the most perfect day! Erica and the Vinwood team took care of everything. Before I could even think of a question, it would already be done. The cocktail hour apps, bartenders, servers, dinner entrees, table settings, cake cutting, presentation...it was all a wow. We were so happy with the way everything turned out, and our guests were all raving about the food. As a note, we had several family members from France, and the beef bourguignon was a huge hit! Thanks so much Vinwood for a perfect wedding day!

    Delicious and the best service!

    I cannot recommend Vinwood Caterers enough! They were our caterer for our wedding at Glen Magna Farms. First, they were fantastic to work with. Gina was our event manager leading up to the wedding - she was friendly, thorough, and excellent at communicating and going through all the necessary details. She was very knowledgeable and made sure all the details were exactly as we wanted. On the day of, the staff was equally as excellent. They were professional and kind to guests, and they made sure everyone was taken care of. At one point during cocktail hour, I mentioned I wanted a specific passed hors d’oeuvre, and they appeared 30 seconds later with a full tray! Dinner service was also seamless - I had some guests with dietary restrictions that they made sure to address. And lastly, the food was absolutely outstanding. Several guests said it was the best food they’ve had at a wedding. I am so happy we had Vinwood catering at our wedding!

    Vinwood was delicious

    Vinwood Caterers did an incredible job at our wedding. The food was outstanding—we received so many compliments from guests about the quality of every course. The bar service was efficient with never a line, and the grilled cheese and tomato soup appetizer was such a hit that people were practically fighting over it. They were also super flexible and generous with our pie dessert plan, even adding ice cream à la mode, which our guests loved. Communication throughout the planning process was clear and organized, with well-structured spreadsheets and menu options that worked perfectly for guests with dietary restrictions. We couldn’t have been happier with their service.
