    Disappointed

    I ordered 140 of custom chocolates for my wedding. You can pre-order delivery and I booked for the end of September. I received a shipping notification which was unexpected and I emailed to ask them what it meant, and if they could confirm that my chocolates would be delivered in September as ordered. No reply. I forwarded screenshots of my order with the delivery date of September clearly highlighted. No reply. Received my order 2 days ago, 6 weeks early and completely useless. Delivery was left on the doorstep in the middle of UK heatwave. I don’t recommend Elise as they don’t bother replying to you after you’ve paid them. They can expect the chargeback from my card company.

    Elegant and beautiful

    The chocolates arrived very quickly. They are beautiful, the design is very elegant and exactly what I was looking for. The taste is incredible, and the chocolate is very smooth.
